Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a pile in the form of a hollow profile carrier for a fence, such as pasture fence, barrier fence, or the like.
Fence posts have long been made of wood. These Not only do piles have the disadvantage that because of the valuable material wood are expensive, but they were also limited in their lifespan, since generally first the end of the stake in the ground over time rots, so that the pile has to be completely replaced. Around To counteract these disadvantages are already plastic piles became known in tubular form. This hollow plastic Pills often proved too unstable, so that they with certain usually occurring transverse forces buckled. This resulted in only a small possible one Pile length.
It is also already known the tubular plastic piles to be filled with concrete to give them greater rigidity. However, this procedure has the disadvantage that the concrete over time the plastic decomposes and also a is expensive material.
schlecht dort befestigen läßt, weil beispielsweise Zaunlatten
All tubular and other curved piles on the outer surface have the disadvantage that the fence is difficult to attach there because, for example, fence slats only have a linear contact with the round pile surfaces.
Fig. 1 einen Weidezaun mit erfindungsgemäßen Zaunpfählen, an welchen waagerechte Zaunlatten befestigt sind;
Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Zaunpfahles, an welchem zwei waagerechte Zaunlatten befestigt sind;
Fig. 3 eine stirnseitige Ansicht des Zaunpfahls;
: PSThe invention has for its object to provide a pile that has the greatest possible rigidity and a large fastening surface for the attachment of the fence with the least possible material requirements.
This object is achieved in that the pile profile has a straight outer web in cross section and an adjacent, at least partially curved jacket. The outer web then acts as a flat vertical fastening wall, so that it is possible to attach individual wires, a wire fence, horizontal wooden or plastic slats for a picket fence or a hunter's fence, for example by screwing or nailing.
The cross section of the jacket is preferably composed of two straight webs adjoining the outer web and a curved web connecting these webs at their ends facing away from the outer web. Such an arrangement already gives the pile a higher resistance to buckling than a corresponding tubular pile has.
A longitudinal web is preferably arranged within the jacket, by means of which the regions of the straight webs and the arch web are separated from one another. In addition, two inner transverse webs connecting the inner longitudinal web to the outer web are preferably arranged at a distance from one another within the jacket. As a result, the fence post achieves a very high level of flexural rigidity with a low cost of materials, since it essentially remains a hollow body.
A high-quality weather-resistant plastic such as PVC is preferably suitable as the material for the fence post. The pile can be white or in any other color, for example dark green, so that it does not interfere with the landscape. However, piles can also be produced from metal alloys, for example aluminum alloys.
Plastic piles, which hold picket fences, which are also made of plastic, are particularly suitable for fencing animal enclosures. Such an embodiment has the part before that on the fence and its posts there is no bite (feeding) of the fence, since the plastic, in contrast to wood, does not taste good for the animals. Another advantage of such a fence is that it has a low risk of injury to humans and animals compared to known fences.
When using the pile support according to the invention as a cross spar, ie as a fence post, the highest possible stability results in the vertical and horizontal direction for the entire fence.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below. Show it:
Figure 1 is a pasture fence with fence posts according to the invention, to which horizontal fence posts are attached.
Figure 2 is a perspective view of a fence post to which two horizontal fence posts are attached;
Fig. 3 is an end view of the fence post;
Fig. 4 is a bottom view of a cover provided for frontal covering of the fence post.
The pile according to the invention is a hollow profile beam, which is limited in cross section by an outer web 10 and a jacket 11 . With the pasture fence acc. Fig. 1 are in addition to the horizontal fence slats 12 of the vertical posts to which the slats are attached, essentially the outer webs 10 to be seen as vertical rectangular surfaces.
The jacket 11 is composed of two rectilinear webs 13 and a bulge web 14 in cross section and, together with the outer web 10, encloses a cavity. The two straight webs 13 protrude from the outer web 10 , with the central region of which they each form an acute angle. These two inclined rectilinear webs 13 face one another and are arranged at a distance from one another. At its ends facing away from the outer web 10 there is the arch web 14 , which connects the two straight webs 13 to one another.
To increase the rigidity, further webs are arranged in the cavity. Thus, the area of the arch web 14 is separated from the area of the straight webs 13 by a longitudinal web 15 extending in the cavity and extending approximately in the longitudinal direction of the fence. Gem. Fig. 3 of the drawing is the longitudinal web run curved. Fig. 2 of the drawing contains a longitudinal web 16 which extends in a straight line and parallel to the outer web 10 .
Between the longitudinal web 15 and the outer web 10 , the cavity is divided by further webs, namely by two transverse rods 17 running at a distance from one another. That crossbar 17 protrudes from the outer web 10 and extends to the longitudinal web 15 . Since a distance is also maintained between each cross bar 17 and the adjacent straight web 13 , this arrangement results in a high bending strength of the entire pile.
In order to be able to conveniently fasten the fence parts, for example fence slats 12, to the pole on its flat outer surface formed by the outer web 10 , there are 11 mounting flanges 18 on the outer web 10 outside the straight webs 13 of the jacket 11 , which at the same time the ends of the outer web 10 form. Here horizontal bores can be made for fastening the fence slats 12 without the strength of the pile being impaired, since the mounting flanges 18 are located outside the casing 11 .
The upper end of each pile can be closed at the end with a cover 19 which is in the form of a plate with the outer web 10 torn with the mounting flanges 18 and the jacket 11 with the webs 13 and 14 . On the underside of the cover 19 , a plurality of centering projections 20 are formed, which protrude into the cavity divided by the webs 15 and 17 when the cover 19 is placed on the pile. In the horizontal direction, the cover 19 is therefore already fixed by the centering lugs. The final attachment can then be done by gluing the cover 19 to the post.
The pile according to the invention can be used universally, for example in game gates, in construction site and motorway demarcation fences and in pasture fences designed as picket fences. The piles according to the invention can also be used on so-called hunter fences in parks and front gardens. The post was also suitable for retrofitting, as existing fence slats and boards, wires and wire mesh can be easily attached to the posts.
