Description

Die oben benannte Pumpe hat gegenüber bisher ge­ bräuchlichen Membran- oder Kolbenpumpen den Vor­ zug, daß der Hubweg nur extrem kurz zu sein braucht, um bestimmte, möglichst große Mengen an Flüssig­ keit oder Kraftmedium zu transportieren. Durch Ausnutzen beider Hubrichtungen, sowie Hinterein­ anderschalten beliebig vieler Membrandosen bzw. Zylinder kann der optimal geforderte Flüssigkeits­ transport wirtschaftlich fixiert werden. Verschie­ dene Abmessungen (Größen) der Membrandosen bzw. Zylinder brauchen nur in großem Rahmen abgesteckt werden (dadurch Serienfertigung sinnvoll).
Jeder Zylinder bzw. Membrandose hat vorne und hinten jeweils Ein- und Auslaßventile, die über ein Sammelrohr die Fließrichtung des Mediums ver­ einheitlichen. Dadurch hat man bei jedem Zylinder doppelte Ausnutzung des Hubraumes.
Die Kolbenstange geht im Prinzip durch alle Mem­ brandosen/Zylinder hindurch und wird am Ende durch ein angeflanschtes Lager geführt bzw. mittig gehal­ ten.
Diese Pumpe kann auch als offene Anlage ohne Druck­ zustands- und Gangzustands-Behälter gefahren werden.

Claims (3)

1. Doppelte Ausnutzung des Hubs durch Ventile vor und hinter dem Kolben bzw. der Membrane.
2. Durchgehende Kolbenstange (evtl. konstruktiv unter­ teilt) und damit gleichzeitiger Arbeitsvorgang aller hintereinandergekoppelten Einheiten.
3. Hintereinandergekoppeln beliebig vieler Einheiten zum Zwecke der Optimierung des Volumentransportes (Medium) bei meist langsamen Ablauf des Arbeits­ vorgangs.
