In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 ein senkrecht stehender, in der Regel zylindrischer Speicherbehälter bezeichnet, dessen Zu- und Abfluß hier nicht dargestellt ist und der zum Speichern von bspw. heißem Brauchwasser dient. An seinen Stirnseiten ist der Speicherbehälter 1 durch Isolierkappen 2 und 3 abgedeckt. Sein Umfang ist mit einer Weichschaum- Isoliermatte 4 ummantelt, die als ebene Matte gefertigt und nach Aufstellen des Speicherbehälters am Ort seiner Verwendung um den Speicherbehälter gelegt wird. Die um den Speicherbehälter 1 gelegt Isoliermatte 4 wird durch eine Folie 5 abgedeckt, die zum Schutz und zum Zusammenhalten der ja eine Stoßfuge aufweisenden Isoliermatte 4 dient. Die Folie 5 wird an ihrer nicht dargestellten Stoßfuge durch Schnürung, durch ein Klettband oder auf andere bekannte Weise zusammengehalten.In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a vertical, generally cylindrical storage tank, the inflow and outflow of which is not shown here and which is used for storing hot hot water, for example. Die Matte 4 ist in sich elastisch genug, um den Raumbedarf der flachen Reifen 6 und sogar der Spannschösser 8 einzuräumen, so daß es nicht erforderlich ist, die Matte mit entsprechenden Aussparungen zu versehen. Mittels Weichschaummatte wärmeisolierter, zylindrischer, senkrecht stehender Speicherbehälter, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vielzahl am Speicherbehälter (1) befestigter, in die Weichschaummatte (4) eindringender, dornförmiger Halteelemente (7, 10).1.
