Deck-Beet
Bei den bekannten Deck-Beeten mit über ortfeste Tragbogen gespannter Kunststoffhaut bereitet das Abdecken Schwierigkeiten und kann nicht in Sekundenschnelle vor sich gehen.
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist nun ein Deck-Beet, durch welches diese Umstände beseitigt werden sollen. Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich dasselbe dadurch aus, dal3 Tragbogen und wegnehmbar an diesen festgelegte Streben ein zerlegbares Tragwerk bilden, über welchem die Bedachung gespannt ist, wobei die Tragbogen gelenkig an ortsfesten Auflagen angeordnet sind, derart, dass das Tragwerk mit der Bedachung geöffnet und geschlossen respektiv aufund zugeklappt werden kann.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen :

Das dargestellte Deck-Beet weist eine gewölbte Bedachung 1 aus einer durchsichtigen Plastikhaut auf, welche mit ihrer Hohlseite das Gartenbeet 2 abdeckt. Die Bedachung 1 ist auf ein Tragwerk gelegt, welches durch die Tragbügel 4 und die Längs- leisten 3 gebildet ist. Die Längsleisten sind in hakenförmigen Haltern 5 eingeklemmt und bestehen zweckmässig aus Holz. Die Längsleisten lassen sich durch die offenen Seiten herausziehen, so dass das Tragwerk zerlegt werden kann, wie es bei Nichtgebrauch in der kalten Jahreszeit erwünscht ist. Sowohl bei der Montage als auch bei der Demontage werden keine Befestigungsmittel oder Werkzeuge benötigt. Die Tragbügel 4 sind durch Streben 6 versteift, siehe Fig. 3.
Die Tragbügel 4 sind durch Scharniere 8 mit den als Auflager wirkenden Befestigungswinkeln (7) gelenkig verbunden. Die abgewinkelten horizontalen Endschenkel des Befestigungswinkels 7 weisen Löcher auf, durch welche Schrauben oder Nägel 9 in die ortfesten Verankerungsstiicke 10 getrieben sind (Fig.
3). Das Ende des in der Längsmitte befindlichen Tragbügels 4 besitzt einen horizontal verlaufenden Anschlussteil 11, an welchen ein nach oben ausladender Handgriff 12 anschliesst. Der Anschlussteil 11 ist mit einem Schlitz 13 versehen, welcher für den Durchgang des Agraffennagels 14 für die Verankerung des Tragwerkes bestimmt ist. Der Agraffennagel 14 ist in das Verankerungsstück 15 einge- schlagen. Als Verankerungsstücke 10,15 können in den Boden eingeschlagene Holzpflöcke oder eine in den Boden eingelassene Randeinfassung oder Längs- balken dienen. Mit 16 ist ein flexibler, draht-oder bandförmiger Haltezug, welcher aussenseitig über den Tragbügel 4 gespannt ist und die Bedachung auf letzteren drückt, bezeichnet.
Der Haltezug 16 ist am einen Ende der Tragbügel 4 festgelegt, während er an seinem anderen Ende an ein Spannschloss 17 angeschlossen ist. Letzteres ist an einem am Anschlussteil 11 festgelegten Haken 18 eingehängt. Da der Haltezug 16 über die Bedachung 1 führt, wird diese beim Spannen des Spannschlosses 17 zwischen dem Bügel 4 und dem Draht 16 innig geklemmt und damit sicher festgehalten. 19 ist ein in geschlossenem Zustand durch den Agraifemaget 14 hindurchgesteckter Bolzen oder Nagel, welcher das Tragwerk mit der Bedachung gegen ungewolltes Hochheben durch den Wind sichert.
Zwecks Offnen des Deck-Beetes respektiv Hochklappen des Tragwerkes mit der Bedachung wird der Bolzen 19 aus dem Agraffennagel 14 entfernt, der Handgriff 12 erfasst und hochgeschwenkt, wie dies in Fig. 1 gezeigt ist, wobei die Tragbügel die in Fig.
3 angedeutete Stellung einnehmen.
Das Tragwerk besitzt normalerweise, d. h. bei einer Beetlänge von 3 m, drei im Abstand vonein- ander angeordnete Tragbügel 4. Je nach Länge des Beetes kann das Tragwerk aber auch mehr oder weniger als drei Tragbügel enthalten. Neben dem Bügel 4 in der Mitte könnten auch die Bügel neben diesen auf der Offnungsseite mit abgewinkelten, vorstehenden Ansätzen analog wie der Anschlussteil 11, versehen sein, welche je ein Loch zum Durchstecken eines Agraffennagels 14 und eines Bolzens 19, ähnlich wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt, besitzen. Die Bedachung 1 lässt sich in Offenstellung durch Drahtstreben sichern, welche die Tragbügel 4 je am Anschlussteil 11 angreifen und sich z. B. auf dem Erdboden abstützen.

The subject of the present patent is now a cover bed, through which these circumstances are to be eliminated. According to the invention, the same is characterized in that the supporting arches and struts attached to them detachably form a dismountable supporting structure over which the roofing is stretched, the supporting arches being articulated on fixed supports, such that the supporting structure with the roofing is opened and closed, respectively open and can be closed.

The cover bed shown has a curved roof 1 made of a transparent plastic skin, which covers the garden bed 2 with its hollow side. The roof 1 is placed on a supporting structure which is formed by the support bracket 4 and the longitudinal strips 3. The longitudinal strips are clamped in hook-shaped holders 5 and are suitably made of wood. The longitudinal strips can be pulled out through the open sides so that the supporting structure can be dismantled, as is desired when not in use during the cold season. No fasteners or tools are required during assembly or disassembly. The support brackets 4 are stiffened by struts 6, see FIG. 3.
The support brackets 4 are articulated by hinges 8 to the mounting brackets (7) which act as supports. The angled horizontal end legs of the mounting bracket 7 have holes through which screws or nails 9 are driven into the stationary anchoring pieces 10 (Fig.
3). The end of the support bracket 4 located in the longitudinal center has a horizontally extending connection part 11, to which an upwardly projecting handle 12 connects. The connecting part 11 is provided with a slot 13 which is intended for the passage of the agraffa nail 14 for anchoring the supporting structure. The clasp nail 14 is driven into the anchoring piece 15. Wooden pegs driven into the ground or an edging or longitudinal beam let into the ground can serve as anchoring pieces 10, 15. A flexible, wire-shaped or band-shaped retaining cable, which is stretched on the outside over the support bracket 4 and presses the roofing onto the latter, is denoted by 16.
The retaining cable 16 is fixed at one end of the support bracket 4, while it is connected to a turnbuckle 17 at its other end. The latter is suspended from a hook 18 fixed on the connection part 11. Since the holding cable 16 leads over the roofing 1, this is tightly clamped between the bracket 4 and the wire 16 when the turnbuckle 17 is tensioned and is thus securely held. 19 is a bolt or nail inserted through the Agraifemaget 14 in the closed state, which secures the supporting structure with the roofing against unintentional lifting by the wind.
For the purpose of opening the deck bed or folding up the supporting structure with the roofing, the bolt 19 is removed from the clasp nail 14, the handle 12 is grasped and swiveled up, as shown in FIG. 1, the support bracket shown in FIG.

The structure usually has, i. H. with a bed length of 3 m, three support brackets 4 arranged at a distance from one another. Depending on the length of the bed, the supporting structure can also contain more or fewer than three support brackets. In addition to the bracket 4 in the middle, the brackets next to these on the opening side could also be provided with angled, protruding lugs analogous to the connection part 11, which each have a hole for inserting an agraffe nail 14 and a bolt 19, similar to FIG. 4 shown own.
