Description
Process for the production of a fodder and a fertilizer in the purification of raw juices, schnitzel press water and the like in sugar production. The low-ash (up to 4 percent) precipitate that arises from the sulphurous concentration of the raw juices, press water and the like changes its composition even if the juice is slightly alkalized (o, oi) with lime, so that it is often over 30 percent and even up to Contains 50 percent ash (mainly silicates). So in order to produce a precipitate that can be safely used as fodder, the precipitate that arises in the case of Schwefeleng must for itself; especially separated from the juice. The precipitate separated in this way only contains insignificant amounts of phosphoric acid. In order to extract the phosphoric acid contained in the raw juice and the like in the form of a fertilizer that is as concentrated as possible, the phosphoric acid must be precipitated before the actual separation; , o2). The precipitate that arises during this predecision, which is. Can be filtered very easily (almost free of albumin and pectin substances), has up to 8 and over 8 percent P2 O.
Konzentrierung der im Safte enthaltenen Phosphorsäure zu einem etwa 8 Prozent P. O, enthaltenden Düngemittel. rWhile it is already known to use sugar cane juices for cleaning initially to treat with quick acid, to filter, the filtrate with so much lime to move that @ the liquid becomes weakly alkaline and then the formed To filter precipitate by itself, whereby: the acid with the lime to one insoluble salt combined. Also the precipitation of proteins from diffusion juices and digl through. Treat with sulphurous acid and utilize the precipitate as feed: is not new. Furthermore, one already has those in the treatment of Raw sugar juices formed with lime and containing precipitates containing the phosphoric acid in the juice (Separation sludge) used as fertilizer. Bai the present proceedings come these individual measures known per se are also used; it deals however, the main focus is on the recovery of two by-products of juice purification, namely a protein-rich and ash-poor feed and a phosphoric acid-rich Fertilizer, d. H. about a cleaning process that leads to the simultaneous generation of of a feed and fertilizer and which carries one product in a particularly pure, the other delivers in a particularly concentrated form. The present procedure is different thus differ from the previously known by the following features: i. Simultaneous generation two products, a fodder and a fertilizer; 2. Enrichment: of the feed of protein, pectin and fatty substances (by reducing the content of other Fabrics); 3. Reduction of the ash content of the feed; q .. Concentration of the phosphoric acid contained in the juice to about 8 percent P. O, containing fertilizers. r
