Der vorliegende Verschlufs soll ein Schlofs, ohne irgend etwas an ihm zu ändern u. s. w., nach der Richtung hin sicher machen, dafs das Schlüsselloch für einen Dritten nicht mehr zugänglich ist, wodurch die Gelegenheit genommen wird, mit Nachschlüsseln zu arbeiten, und von aufsen ersichtlich ist, ob Diebe sich in der von innen wieder verschlossenen Wohnung befinden. Geschieht die Schliefsung des Sperrschlosses mit Chubbbezw. Das von innen sonst zugänglich gebliebene Schlüsselloch ist also gesperrt.
