Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kühlern, insbesondere für Waschöl. In den Benzolfabriken verwendet man zur R,ücldzühluiig des abgetriebenen heißen Waschöles gbwöhnlich Röhrenkühler, in denen das 01 mittelbar durch das Wasser gekühlt wird. Der Wärmeaustausch zwischen 01 und Wasser erfolgt durch die Rohrwandungen verhältnismäßig langsam, Der Wärmeaus- tausch wird weiterhin dadurch erschwert, daß an den Kühlröhren sich häufig dicke Krusten aus dem Öl absetzen. Das Öl wird infolgedessen nur ungenügend gekü#hlt, lind es erfolgt hierdurch eine geringere Benzolaus- beute. Man hat nun bereits vorgeschlagen, zur Kühlung des üles Kühler zu verwenden, in denen das Öl unmittelbar mit (kin Kühl- wasser zur Berührung kommt, so (laß eine bessere Kühlung zustande kommt. Die Beschaffung solcher Külil-2r verursacht aber sehr hohe Kosten, während die vorhaii- denen Röhrenkühler für an,1,2re Zwecke nicht verwertbar sind und nur noch Altmaterial- wert haben. Die vorliegende Erfindung betriAt ein Ver- fahren, durch welches es möglich wird, init verhältnismäßig geringen Kosten Kühler für unmittelbare Einwirkung der Kühlflüssigkeit -tif das Öl herzustellen. Gemäß der Erfindung werden aus den vorhandenen Röhrenkühlern die Röhren ent- feriit, die Kühlergehäuse liegend angeordnet k# und Je nach Bedarf in geeigneter Weise mit- einander verbunden. Mit Hilfe dieses Verfahrens wird es mög- lich, die vorhandenen Kühler nutzbringend züi verwenden und mit einem verhältnismäßig geringen Kostenauf-,vand Kühler mit 1-in- inittclbarer Wirkung herzustellen. Die beiliegende Zeichnung läßt die Durch- führting des Verfahrens beispielsweise er-", kennen.
