Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a chain conveyor with a in a conveyor chain revolving conveyor chain with connected carriers in the conveyor trough and in the length range of the conveyor between upper the chain and lower run arranged sprockets driven will.
In such, according to the prior art (DE-PS 32 41 129) known conveyor attacks each of the sprockets serving to drive both in the upper run as well as in the lower run of the conveyor trough in the conveyor chain one. For the passage of the sprocket of course the bottom of the conveyor trough corresponding Have openings. When operating this För derers is therefore inevitable that fine parts from the material to be conveyed through these openings fall through and accumulate under the chain conveyor meln. This collection of fine parts make you undisturbed continuous operation of this chain conveyor impossible Lich.
According to the state of the art (DE-GM 84 30 378) it is known to solve this problem by that at the Conveyor chain overlapping cover plates elements that are attached to the chain guide and na naturally also the passage openings of the chain wheels cover constantly upwards. But also with the Ver Pro of such cover elements arise bleme because the fine parts from the conveyed goods are gradually Lich through the gap between the conveyor trough and wander through the cover elements and in the Set guides in the conveyor chain or through the Through openings of the sprockets fall through. To address this problem, an older, unpublished patent application (P 35 37 131.5) by the applicant, in the gap between between the cover elements and the conveyor drain to arrange re clearing elements. Such with clearing elements ten provided cover elements have with the he Most trials have proven themselves very well. However, it is not to rule out that in the promotion of difficult goods to be conveyed, for example from highly abra siv or sticky conveyed goods, the cover with Clearing elements no longer works properly.
It is an object of the invention to ge the chain conveyor according to the preamble of claim 1 going to further develop that with as little as possible additional structural effort, the diarrhea of fine well prevented from the material being conveyed.
To achieve this object, the invention proposes hend from a chain conveyor of the aforementioned Kind of that the upper run and the lower run each separate sprockets are assigned, of which too ver at least a few in pairs are bound, all associated with the upper run Sprockets are encapsulated downwards.
The chain conveyor according to the invention can be fine parts from the material conveyed in the upper run only down to the encapsulation assigned to the upper run neten sprockets fall and not down fall. The fine parts are made from the encapsulations constantly from the assigned sprockets worn so that a continuous continuous operation is possible without fines from the conveyed goods ter get the sponsor. Through the gear Connection from the upper run and the lower run engaging sprocket pairs becomes the number of he required drive motors reduced.
To discharge the fine material from the encapsulation to facilitate the sprocket assigned to the upper run tern, it is also provided that the encapsulation the contour of the sprocket below the upper run is adjusted. The encapsulation has below the The upper run has the shape of a flat, open on one side NEN circular cylinder, along the jacket of which the fine parts le from the conveyed material with the help of the chain wheel be pushed and transported into the upper run.
A particularly preferred embodiment of a ket tenförderers according to the invention provides that the sprockets connected to each other by gears a common drive assigned to the transmission motor are connected. In this way they drive Drive motors have two sprockets at the same time so that the number of drive motors is small.
Another convenient embodiment of the chain conveyor according to the invention provides that some only the sprockets engaging in the upper run Drive motors are connected and that between each two of these sprockets an idle, geared pair of sprockets is arranged, of which the one sprocket into the upper run and that other sprocket engages in the lower run. At the This embodiment of the chain conveyor is so Upper run directly from the verses with the drive motors sprockets while the lower run indirectly via the intermediate, moving ket Tenradpaars is driven. This embodiment of the chain conveyor according to the invention has the particular their advantage that verbun in the area of gear which sprocket pairs do not require drive devices be taken out of space in certain applications found it difficult to set up between Obertrum and arranged under the chain scraper conveyor can be.
An alternative to the last discussed execution example of a chain conveyor according to the invention stipulates that some only intervene in the lower run the sprockets are connected to drive motors and that between two of these sprockets non-driven, geared Sprocket pair is arranged, one of which Sprocket in the upper run and the other sprocket in the lower strand engages. This embodiment has first of all the advantages of the last discussed Embodiment. It is also advantageous that openings in the Surrender upper run of the conveyor trough.
Es zeigen: An embodiment of the invention will follow which explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. Show it:

In Fig. 1, the conveyor trough of the chain conveyor is designated in its entirety with the reference number 1 . The conveyor trough has an upper run 1 a and a lower run 1 b . At the conveyor chute 1 a the upper run and the lower run 1 a 1 b continuous, circulating conveyor chain 2 is guided which is provided at regular intervals with driver 3 which slide in the conveying trough. 1 The upper run 1 a is a chain wheel 4 which is arranged below the upper run 1 a and engages with its teeth from below through an opening 5 into the upper run 1 a . The sprocket 4 is surrounded by a cylindrical encapsulation 6 , which is adapted to the contour of the sprocket and encapsulates the sprocket 4 against the lower strand 1 b .
The lower run 1 b is assigned a chain wheel 7 , which is arranged above the lower run 1 b and engages with its teeth from above through an opening 8 through into the lower run 1 b . The sprocket 7 is not encapsulated.
As can be readily seen, fine material can only get into the encapsulation 6 from the upper run through the opening 5 . From the encapsulation 6 , the fines from the teeth of the Kettenra of 4 along the rounded walls are constantly carried out, so that the fines remain on the conveyor and cannot fall down.
7 a verbunden, welche von entgegen gesetzten Seiten her in ein zwischengeschaltetes Zahn rad 9 eingreifen. The two sprockets 4 and 7 are geared together (see Figs. 2 and 3). For this purpose, the two sprockets 4 and 7 are each rotatably connected to gears 4 a and 7 a , which engage wheel 9 from opposite sides in an intermediate tooth. This gear 9 is mounted like the gears 4 a and 7 a in an encapsulated housing 10 Getriebege. If the two sprockets 4 and 7 , which are connected to one another in terms of gearing, are only supposed to run in order to transmit the driving forces from the upper run to the lower run or vice versa, the transmission shown in FIG .
If the sprocket pair 4 , 7 is driven, however, who is, a motor 11 is additionally attached to the gear housing 10 , which drives the gear 9 and the gears 4 a and 7 a, the two sprockets 4 and 7 ( Fig. 4).
Fig. 5 illustrates an embodiment of the chain conveyor according to the invention, in which motor-driven chain wheels 4 engage in the upper run 1 a at regular intervals. Between each two motor-driven sprockets 4 , a non-driven, sprocket-connected pair of sprockets 4 , 7 is provided, which transmits the driving forces from the conveyor chain 2 in the upper run 1 a to the conveyor chain 2 in the lower run 1 b .
Fig. 6 illustrates an embodiment example, in which motor-driven sprockets 7 engage in the lower strand 1 b at regular intervals. Between each pair of motor driven sprockets 7 are each a unmotivated run along the drivingly connected sprockets, 4, 7 arranged, which in the lower 1 b running conveyor chain 2 a moving conveyor chain 2 which transmits the driving forces of the spectrum to the in the upper strand. 1
