Abstract

Die Saugplatte besteht aus einem Saugkasten (1), der einen Anschluß (2) für eine nicht gezeichnete Vakuumpumpe aufweist. Der Saugkasten ist unten durch eine Sohle (3) abgeschlossen, die eine Vielzahl von Bohrungen (4) aufweist (Fig. 1). In Rich­ tung auf den Saugkasten (1) zu erweitern sich diese Bohrungen, wie in Fig. 2, 3 und 4 im Detail gezeigt, zu zylindrischen Ventilräumen (5), die mit dem Saugkasten (1) wiederum durch engere Bohrungen (6) in Verbindung stehen. In den Ventilräumen (5) liegen frei beweglich kleine Ventilplättchen (7). Diese sind aus sehr dünnem federndem Material - etwa Federbandstahl - hergestellt und sind vorzugsweise leicht gewölbt, so daß sie den Teil einer Zylinderoberfläche darstellen. Das Vakuum kann in die Ventilräume (5) durchgreifen und kann somit wegen der Wölbung der Ventilplättchen auch durch die Bohrungen (4) auf die zu haltende Platte wirken. Damit wirkt es über die Bohrungen (4) auch auf das zu spannende Stück und hält dieses fest. Einrichtung zum Spannen von Platten, Filmen, Folien und dergleichen mittels Vakuum, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle einer kastenförmig ausgebildeten Saug­ platte eine Vielzahl von Saugbohrungen aufweist, die sich in Richtung auf den Saugkasten hin zu Ventilräumen erweitern, daß in den Ventilräumen leicht gewölbte Ventilplättchen aus federndem Material angeordnet sind und daß die Ventilräume mit dem Saugkasten durch Bohrungen in Verbindung stehen, deren Querschnitt so bemessen ist, daß er von den Ventilplättchen bedeckt werden kann.1.
