Jeder Türflügel kann aus einer selbsttragenden Glasplatte bestehen, so daß der metallische Türflügelrahmen überwiegend die Funktion der Lagerung der Türflügel und Abdichtungsaufgaben erfüllen muß. Die aus Kunststoff gefertigten Lagerblökke lassen sich auch mit scharfen Reinigungsmitteln säubern und sind leicht zugänglich. Zweckmäßig können die Türflügelrahmen zur Reinigung ausgehängt werden, was einfach dadurch erreichbar ist, daß der Abstand des Türflügelrahmens von der Lageröffnung des oberen Lagerblockes größer ist als die Länge des unteren Lagerzapfens des Türflügels.
