Description

Die Erfindung¹ betrifft eine Vorrichtung· zur Verbindung eines Mundstückes mit- einem Rohr. Die Verbindung eines Mundstückes mit einem Rohr war bisher sehr schwierig¹, weil sich die am Mundstück lose angeordnete Mutter infolge ihres Eigengewichtes ständig auf die Verbindungsstelle legte. Durch den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung soll dieser Nachteil beseitigt werden, und zwar dadurch, daß die Überwurfmutter mit einem an idem Rohr abnehmbar angebrachten Körper lösbar verbunden ist. Der abnehmbare Körper kann als ein mit einem Bunde versehener Bolzen ausgebildet sein, auf welchem eine Haltemutter lose gelagert ist. Die Haltemutter kann aber auch mit dem Bolzen fest verbunden sein. Der Bolzen wird 'genügend tief in das Rohr eingeführt und ragt über das Mundstück hinaus. Die Überwurfmutter wird an der Haltemutter befestigt. Auf diese Weise liegt die Verbindungsstelle des Mundstückes mit dem Rohr vollständig frei. Die Bolzentnutter sitzt lose auf dem Bolzenlbund, so daß für den Fall einer anderen Gewindeart der Überwurfmutter nur die Bolzenmutter ausgewechselt zu werden braucht, während der Bolzen für alle Rohrgroßen konstant ist.The invention ¹ relates to a device for connecting a mouthpiece to a pipe. Ein Bolzen α besitzt einen Bund¹ b, auf welchem eine mit Außengewinde versehene Mutter c lose gelagert ist. Der Bolzen α wird mit seinem Konus d in das Innere eines Rohres e und eines mit dem Rohr e zu verbindenden Mundstückes f gesteckt und hierauf .die Überwurfmutter g mit der Haltemutter c verschraubt. Nach Fertigstellung der Verbindung des Mundstückes f mit dem Rohr e erfolgt die Lösung beider Muttern und' die Herausnahme des Bolzens α mit der Mutter c aus den genannten Teilen. Die Mutter c kann auch mit dem Bolzen α ein Ganzes bilden, nur muß in diesem Falle bei wechselndem Gewinde außer einer anderen Mutter auch ein anderer Bolzen α Verwendung finden. An Stelle der Mutter c kann auch ein anderes Befestigungsmittel benutzt werden.A bolt α has a collar ¹ b on which an externally threaded nut c is loosely mounted. 1. Device for connecting a mouthpiece to a pipe, characterized in that the union nut (g ·) is releasably connected to a body detachably attached to the pipe (e).

2. Apparatus according to claim i, characterized in that the detachably attached body is designed as a bolt (α) provided with a collar (b) on which a retaining nut (c) is loosely mounted.

3. Apparatus according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the retaining nut (c ) is firmly connected to the bolt (0).
