Description
Process for softening high-speed steel. Subject of the present The invention relates to a method for softening high-speed steel, and consists The essence of the innovation is that the steel, after it has been red hot in the annealing furnace is brought into human intestinal excrement or in a chemical composition of the constituents contained in human intestinal excrement until they cool is plugged in. The present process differs from the main patent, in which the substance used for softening with urinary excrement or their chemical constituents was mixed, only by the fact that the softening agent used consists only of human intestinal excrement or their chemical components, which are used for softening without the addition of urea.
The new not yet in its possible use for the The intended purpose of the softening agent can be used both in a fresh state and put into putative decomposition for use, and exists the new process is that the steel is heated to red hot heat and then in the human intestinal excrement or in a chemical composition of the in these Constituents contained in intestinal excrement are plugged in or immersed until they have cooled down whereupon the steel acquires a softness that is accessible to any machining. The substance used for softening essentially consists of water, gallic acid Salts, mucus and resins, albumin, extractive substances, mixed with natural ones Leftovers and salts and the components of common putrefaction products are organic Body (butyric acid, acetic acid) etc.
