Electric motor with a gear built into a housing cover.
The invention relates to a compact, light and inexpensive one. electric drive
of vehicles, pumps, compressors, elevators and the like
especially for vehicles, usually have the disadvantage that the gears are disproportionate
must be chosen large so that the required distance of the motor shaft from the
driven shaft is reached. So far, the driven shaft has always run outside
of the motor housing. According to the invention, however, the driven shaft
(in the case of vehicles e.g. the axle of the rear wheels) by the motor itself
j e two magnetic poles passed through. The two covers of the engine also form
Parts of the gear housing. They carry both the bearings of the anchor and the
driven shaft and also claws or feet for attachment. This arrangement
also allows the use of the internal teeth, which are advantageous in various respects
for the driven wheel, which in vehicles or elevators is also used as
Brake drum is formed.
Wie Abb. i und 2 zeigen, trägt das Motorgehäuse A mehrere Magnetpole,
A liegt.
As shown in Fig. I and 2, the motor housing A has several magnetic poles,
z. B. four, Pl to Pl, between which the armature B circles, the shaft of the armature B
carries a pinion C and is mounted in the two housing covers d 'and d =. That
Pinion C meshes with an internally toothed wheel D. This is possibly at the same time
Brake drum and sits on the shaft E, which is mounted in the two covers dl and d2
is and between two magnetic poles, e.g. B. the poles P = and P3, inside the motor housing
A lies. The cover d 'on the gear side is designed so that it has the internally toothed
Wheel D overlaps and the inside of the gearbox by one on the outside diameter
of the wheel D grinding felt ring f seals against dust, splash water and the like.
In Fig. 2, for example, the drive of the rear axle of an electric vehicle is shown.
Here, the two covers d 'and d2 still carry claws c "and c2, in which the
Spars of the vehicle frame are. RI- and R = are the two sitting on shaft E.
Rear wheels.
