Vorrichtung zum Ausziehen von Kesselheizröhren. Die Erfindung betrifft
eine Vorrichtung zum Ausziehen von Kesselheizröhren mittels einer durch das Rohr
hindurchzuführenden, am Ende mit einem das hintere Rohrende erfassenden Mitnehmer
versehenen Schraubenspindel, deren Mutter gegen die Kesselstirnwand abgestützt ist.
Bei bekannten Vorrichtungen zum Ausziehen von Kesselheizröhren mit Schraubenspindel,
bei denen die Spindelmutter sich undrehbar gegen die Kesselstirnwand abstützt, erfolgt
die Kupplung der Spindel mit dem Heizrohr mit Hilfe von in dieses eingreifenden
Klemm- und Spreizvorrichtungen die jedoch, am Rohrende anfassend, dieses auseinanderdrängen
und dadurch das Herausziehen erschweren. Ferner sind Vorrichtungen zum Ausziehen
von Heizröhren bekannt, bei welchen eine Spindel durch das Heizrohr hindurchgeführt
wird und am Ende mit einem das hintere Heizrohrende erfassenden Mitnehmer versehen
ist. Dabei mußte aber die Spindel von der Rückseite des Kessels eingeführt werden,
was meist unmöglich, mindestens aber sehr umständlich ist.Device for pulling out boiler heating pipes. The invention relates to

Die Spindel a des Heizrohrausziehers trägt an dem vorderen Ende in
bekannter Weise einen Vierkant b zum Aufstecken des Drehhebels c, ferner ein Gewinde
d, mit welchem sie in einer Mutter a drehbar ist, die sich undrehbar mittels des
Bockes f gegen die Kesselstirnwand g abstützt. Am hinteren Ende ist die Spindel
a mit einem ihr gleichachsigen Gewindezapfen h versehen, auf welchen der Mitnehmet
i aufschraubbar ist, um ihxi fest mit der Spindel a zu verbinden. Dieser Mitnehmet
ist an dem Ende, in welchem die Bohrung für die Aufnahme des Gewindezapfens h sich
befindet, derart abgesetzt, daß der Absatz i' frei in das hintere Ende des Heizrohres
k eintreten kann, während die entstehende Schulter l sich gegen das Rohrende anlegt.
Dadurch ist eine sichere Kupplung der Spindel mit dem Heizrohr gegeben, ohne daß
dieses am Ende irgendwie aufgetrieben oder das Loch in der Kesselwand irgendwie
verunstaltet wird. Die Spindel ist nach Lösen des Mitnehmers i von vorn in das Heizrohr
einzuführen, worauf der Mitnehmer mit der Spindel verbunden wird. Nachdem dies geschehen
ist, wird die Spindel a so weit angezogen, daß die Schultes l zum dichten Anliegen
an das Heizrohrende kommt. Wenige starke Schläge in Richtung der Heizrohrachse auf
den Mitnehmer genügen zur Lösung des Rohres aus den Löchern der Wände, nachdem vorher
die Umbördelungen der Rohrenden mit dem Meißel entfernt'worden sind, so daß dann
mit Leichtigkeit mit Hilfe der Schraubenspindel das Herausziehen des Heizrohres
