Abstract

In a two-component liquid package consisting of an inner container and an outer carton, in which a carrying handle is provided on the outside surface of the inner container, which carrying handle can be gripped from the outside via a punchout provided on the outer carton, said carrying handle is about twice as thick in its outer dimensions as the cardboard of the outer carton. Die Anformung und Ausbildung der Laschen 10 ist nach unterschiedlichen Varianten möglich. Als - soweit derzeit erkennbar - bevorzugte Methode hat sich jedoch herauskristallisiert die Laschen 10 im Zuge des Herstellungsverfahrens mit anzuformen und zwar dadurch, daß die Formhälten, welche die umlaufende Schweißnaht bilden für den Innenbehälter 1 der Länge und Form (und auch der Anzahl) der Laschen 10 entsprechend erweitert sind. Damit erhält man am Ende eines Herstellungsgangs für die Innenbehälter 1 jeweils einen solchen mit bereits angeformten Laschen 10. Die Lage der Laschen 10 bezogen auf die Form des Innenbehälters 1 ist dabei so, daß sie quasi einseitige ohrenförmige Erweiterungen der Invertiernaht 13 sind und es ist wohl einsichtig, daß aus Festigkeitsgründen diese Herstellungsverfahren das Optimale ist . . . schließlich bildet sich hierbei ein homogener Materialfluß von der Wand des Innenbehälters 1, zur Naht 13 und zu den Laschen 10 aus.The shaping and design of the tabs 10 is possible according to different variants. An den Ösen der Laschen 10 ist ein Tragegriff 30 eingehängt, der in die genannte langlochähnliche Ausstanzung 23 eingelegt ist. In diesem Zustand kann nunmehr eine Einheit auf die andere gestellt werden, wobei - was anhand von Fig. 3 noch näher erläutert wird - über den Tragegriff 30 eine zusätzliche Schutzfunktion der einzelnen Zweistoff- Verpackungen erzielt wird, nämlich gegen Verschiebung relativ zueinander. Ausgangspunkt für die Basis- Erfindung ist die umlaufende Invertiernaht 13 eines Innenbehälters 1, die im Bereich einer Kante des Innenbehälters 1 in Laschen 10 ausläuft bzw. übergeht. Der Innenbehälter 1 ist in den Außenkarton 2 eingesetzt und somit von einer einfachen Seitenwand und einer durch je zwei Klappdeckel gebildeten Doppelwandung eingehüllt. Am zeichnerisch unten liegenden Klappdeckel 20 des unteren Außenkartons 2 ist eine Kantanausstanzung 24 ersichtlich; der darüber liegende Klappdeckel 21 weist die Eckausstanzung 22 auf. Vom Innenbehälter 1 aus ist die Lasche 10 nach außen geführt und sie liegt auf der Oberseite des Klappdeckels 21 mit der Eckausstanzung 22 auf. Die Lasche 10 reicht bis zur langlochähnlichen Ausstanzung 23, in die ein Tragegriff 30 - nachdem er in die Ösen der Lasche 10 eingehängt ist - eingelegt ist.
