Description
The subject of the present invention is a pile thread holder for carpet looms, which grips the pile thread when it is drawn into the carpet by means of a clamp and until the knot has been formed and the warp threads so much hold gives that their evasion is prevented when working the knotting tools.
Auf beiliegenden Zeichnungen ist ein Ausf ührungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes gezeigt, darin zeigen die Abb. 1 bis 12 schematisch die Stellung der Knüpfweikzeuge bei der bisher bekannten Maschine, während Abb. 13 bis 26 sich auf den neuen Polfadenhalter beziehen, und zwar ist Abb. 13 ein Grundriß, Abb. 14 eine Seitenansicht von links nach rechts in Abb. 13, Abb. 15 ein teilweiser Schnitt nach Linie A-A in Abb. 13, Abb. 16 ein teilweiser Grundriß, und Abb. 17 bis 26The accompanying drawings show an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, in which Figs. 1 to 12 show schematically the position of the knotting tools in the previously known machine, while Figs. 13 to 26 relate to the new pile thread holder, namely Fig. 13 is a Plan, Fig. 14 is a side view from left to right in Fig. 13, Fig. 15 is a partial section along line AA in Fig. 13, Fig. 16 is a partial plan, and Fig. 17 to 26
In Abb. 2 » are schematic representations of the mutual position of the pile thread holder and the knotting tools during the knotting process. In Fig. 1 to 12, the warp threads required for the base fabric, which are stretched in front of the knotting tools, are denoted by 1, while the pile threads, which are linked to the warp and form the pile of the carpet with their free ends, are denoted by 2 .
The pile thread 2 is guided by the thread guide 3 into the clamp 4, 5, which is closes and holds the thread. The thread guide 3 goes upwards, the carrier pins 6 step against the chain 1, and the thread guide 3 makes a horizontal lateral movement, whereby the pile thread 2 comes to rest at an angle on the carrier pins. Behind the chain ι the knotting hooks 7 are arranged, which can be moved back and forth in the guides 8. The guides 8 themselves are horizontal and vertical towards all Pages can be moved, regardless of the position in which the tying hook is located 7 is located. In front of the chain 1, the front knot hook 9 is arranged, which in the guide 10 is running. The guide 10 can swing against the chain 1 and vertically be moved, regardless of the position in which the hook 9 is located. Before the Chain ι is also the displaceable knife 11 arranged.
8 etwas abwärts, so daß der Polfaden 2The mode of action is as follows:
It has already been described above that, after the pile thread has been picked up by the clamp 4, 5, the thread guide 3 moves upwards and sideways and places the pile thread 2 at an angle over the carrier pins 6 that have stepped forward. The guides 8 come against the chain 1, and a pair of hooks 7 each step through the chain so that two warp threads 1 come to lie between two hooks 7. The hooks 7 step over the angled pile thread 2 and move, together with the guides 8, somewhat downwards, so that the pile thread 2
The thread guide 3 continues to the dotted position (Fig. 2), and the knife 11 steps against the chain 1 and cuts through the pile thread. 2, namely below the thread guide 3, so that a free end protrudes from this (Fig. 3), which is intended for the purpose of repeating the process for insertion into the opened clamp 4, 5. As soon as the pile thread 2 has been cut, the hooks 7 go back and take the ends of the pile thread with them and hold them between the hook and the guide 8 (Figs. 3 to 6 and 9 and 10). Two warp threads 1 are thus wrapped around the pile thread 2. The clamp 5, thread guide 3 and knife 11 move away, and the guides 8 with the hooks 7 and the pile thread 2 lower in order to come into the action area of the hook 9. The guide 10 is swung against the chain ι, and the hook 9 goes forward, between the warp threads 1 wrapped around by the pile thread 2 (Fig. 4). The guides 8 have now made a lateral movement in the direction of the arrow α in Fig. 9, so that the hook 9 enters the side of the pile thread 2 (Figs. 4 and 9). The hook 9 goes back accordingly, and one part of the pile thread 2 is hooked. The guides 8 with the hooks 7 move in the arrow direction b in Fig. 10 to the other side, the hook 9 makes a small forward movement again, and one part of the pile thread 2 comes under, the other part over the hook 9 (Fig. 5 and 10).
The hook 9 is still a little ahead, and both parts of the pile thread 2 are hooked (Fig. 6). The hook 9 pulls back and the hooks 7 release (Fig. 11). The hook 9 continues back and pulls the two ends of the * PoI thread 2 between the warp threads 1, and the knot arises as shown in Fig. 7 and Γ2. The two. Ends of Pile thread 2 are clamped by the hook 9 on the guide 10, and by a jerk the guide 10 the knot is tightened the moment the reed 12 (Fig. 7) descends and has added the new node to those already below. Of course have at this moment the guides 8 with the hooks 7 lowered so far that they cannot be reached by the reed 12. The guide 10 swings away from the chain I again, and the hook 9 goes slightly before, so that the ends of the knot or PoI thread 2 are free. The chain 1 becomes accordingly transported forward, and by means of a suitable device, the warp can be processed into fabric via the finished knot whereupon the described process can be repeated.
This knotting process still shows some deficiencies. The. in front of hooks 7 and 9 lying warp threads 1 are z. B. due to their free tension against lateral tensile effects yielding. When moving the hooks as shown in Fig. 9 to 11, these chain threads are ι pulled along by the looped pile thread 2 and the safe working of the hook 9 endangered. Also, when the knot or pile thread ends (Fig. 7) pass, the looped ones Warp threads 1 are often dragged along, and the pile thread ends are not thereby free. By the subject matter of the invention, the essence and effect of which is shown in Fig. 13 to 26 is shown, the deficiencies are remedied.
In Fig. 13 the chain is shown schematically, with a number on the left and right with their ends already drawn in over two warp threads ι pile threads 2 withdrawn are.
According to Fig. 14 xmd 15, the guides are 8 for the hooks 7 by means of clamping levers - clamped on rulers 14, which in both sides arms 13 swingably arranged in the machine frame are held.
Am Klemmlineal 36Each arm has an eye 15 (Fig. 14), in which a through shaft 16 is rotatably mounted. Sit on this shaft 16 left and right double-armed lever 17, the lower eye 18 of which is not shown Handlebar receives oscillatory movements, which then in the opposite direction at the upper eye 19 work. A through shaft 20 is rotatably mounted in the eyes 19, and 'on the latter two arms 21 and 22 sit firmly with the bearings 23 and 24 in which the Trunnions 25 of the rotatable shaft 26 are mounted. On eyes 24 and 23 are those too Molded ruler holders 27 and 28, which carry the 10 & continuous Z-shaped ruler 29, the is firmly connected to the holders 27 and 28. With one arm 22 there is also an arm 30 rigidly connected by which the shaft 26 and all parts attached to it as well oscillating movements are also communicated to the ruler 29 and all parts sitting on it can. In the continuous ruler 29 tendon-shaped pile thread holders 31 are used and two each by means of a screw no 32 and a cover sheet 33 on the ruler 29 recorded. Two arms 34 and 35 sit firmly on the pivot 25 and carry the front the continuous clamping ruler 36, which is also connected to the shaft 26 by connectors 37 is connected and is thus oscillatable about the axis of the shaft 26. To this end an arm 38 is rigidly connected to arm 35 and swings through a link 39 can be to this oscillation on shaft 26 and thus. to be transferred to clamping ruler 36 (Fig. 13 and 14). On the clamping ruler 36
This entire device described can thus participate in the overall movement of the carrier 13 and, at the same time, execute certain intrinsic movements of the handlebar 39, arm 30 and eye 18. The position of the pile thread holders can be seen in Fig. 16; a pile thread holder 31 is located between each pair of hooks 7 or their guides 8.
The mode of action is as follows:
The pile thread holder 2 is guided in front of the chain 1, as in Fig. 1. The hooks 7 pass through the chain and lie on the PoI thread 2, as indicated and described in Fig. 2. The pile thread 2 is pulled out and cut through (Fig. 2 or 17). From Fig. 17 it can be seen that with the guides 8 and the pile thread holder 31 with the other organs has been guided behind the chain ι. The hooks 7 go back and take the two ends of the pile thread with them and clamp them to the guides 8. During this process, the pile thread holder 31 has also advanced through corresponding oscillation of the lever 17 (FIG. 14), and the clamping ruler 36 has been lifted up by pulling on the handlebar 39. The clamps 40 have emerged from the slots in the pile thread holders 31. The pile thread holders 31 step forward a little further, by moving the handlebar 39 in the opposite direction, the clamping ruler 36 is moved downwards, "the clamps 40 enter the slot of the pile thread holder 31, and the pile thread 2 is caught and clamped (Figs. 19 to 23). The hooks 7 together with the guides 8 move in the direction of the arrow in Fig. 9, the hook 9 passes through the looped pair of chain threads 1 laterally past the pile thread 2 and, as it recedes, grasps part of the pile thread 2 (Fig. 20) Hook 7 starts the movement in the direction of the arrow in Fig. 10, hook 9 goes forward again, and one pile thread end lies under and the other over hook 9 (Fig. 21).
After further operation of the hook 9, the second pile thread end is also in the hook brought and taken with it in the fall (Figs. 22 and 23). The two ends of the pile thread 2 are now off the hook 9 pulled all the way through and clamped on the guides 10 (Fig. 24). In this Moment the clamping ruler 36 is lifted by a corresponding pull on the handlebar 39, clamp 31, 40 is open again and gives the pile thread 2, which now has the button shape of Fig. 7 and 12 has accepted free. The pile thread holder as a whole goes into the starting position back to Fig. 17 and follows the movements of the arms 13 until it is again activated. Here, the hooks 7, as mentioned earlier, avoid the reed 12, because that The knot is tightened and aligned in the same way as in Fig. 7 cited "and explained. Fig. 25 shows in plan the position of Fig. 21. In These figures show and explain the main processes of operation. The described arrangement of a pile thread holder is therefore absolute security for ■ the formation of knots and thus also the production of a uniform, fault-free carpet guaranteed.
