B. dadurch erreicht, daß an den oberen Enden des Bügelteiles b Führungsschlitze h angebracht sind, in denen sich an den Bügelenden c befindliche Stellschrauben i führen. Die äußersten Enden der Bügelschenkel c sind leicht nach außen abgebogen, so daß sie den oberen Rand der Klemmschelle e übergreifen können. Dieselbe wird zum Zwecke des bequemeren Einfahrens zwischen den allgemein gebräuchlichen dreiarmigen Fassungshaltern k vorteilhafterweise zweiteilig ausgeführt, wobei ihre beiden Teile entweder durch ein gewöhnliches Stiftscharnier oder ein lösbares Hakenscharnier I (Fig. 3 und 4) vereinigt werden können.
