Abstract

Ein Christbaumständer mit einem Aufnahmenapf, mit mehreren daran befestigten radialen Stützen und mit einem koaxial zu der Öffnung des Aufnahmenapfes angeordneten Stützring, der mehrere Ausrichtschrauben zum Halten und Ausrichten des Christbaumstammes aufnimmt. Das technische Problem liegt in der Erhöhung der Standfestigkeit und Standsicherheit. Jede Stütze (61, 62, 63) ist mit einem ersten Schenkel (5) am Aufnahmenapf (1) befestigt und hält mit einem zweiten Schenkel (9) den Stützring (10) oberhalb des Aufnahmenapfes (1). Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Christbaumständer mit einem Aufnahmenapf, mit mehreren, insbesondere mit drei daran befestigten, aus zwei Schenkeln bestehenden und einen ausladenden Fuß aufweisenden radialen Stützen und mit einem koaxial zu der Öffnung des Aufnahmenapfes angeordneten Stützring, der mehrere jeweils in einer Gewindebohrung des Stützringes geführte Ausrichtschrauben zum Halten und Ausrichten des Christbaumstammes aufnimmt, wobei die Stützen mit ihrem ersten Schenkel in auf einem Kreisbogen um die Achse des Aufnahmenapfes angeordneten Befestigungen schwenkbar zum Aufnahmenapf befestigt sind und mit ihrem zweiten Schenkel den Stützring oberhalb des Aufnahmenapfes halten und wobei die durch den ausladenden Fuß jeder Stütze festgelegte Ebene gegenüber der durch die Befestigung der ersten Schenkel festgelegten Ebene in axialer Richtung nach unten versetzt ist.The invention relates to a Christmas tree stand with a receiving bowl, with several, in particular with three radial supports attached thereto, consisting of two legs and having a projecting foot, and with a support ring arranged coaxially to the opening of the receiving bowl, which receives several alignment screws, each guided in a threaded hole in the support ring, for holding and aligning the Christmas tree trunk, wherein the supports are pivotally attached to the receiving bowl with their first leg in fastenings arranged on a circular arc around the axis of the receiving bowl and hold the support ring above the receiving bowl with their second leg and wherein the plane defined by the projecting foot of each support is offset downwards in the axial direction compared to the plane defined by the fastening of the first legs.

Aus der US-PS 19 12 054 ist ein Christbaumständer der genannten Art bekannt. Bei diesem Christbaumständer sind zwei Stützen sowohl an dem Ausnahmenapf als auch an je einem Lageransatz des Stützrings schwenkbar gehalten. Eine Fixierung der Stützen in ausgeschwenkter Stellung ist nicht vorgesehen. Nach dem Festspannen und Ausrichten des Christbaumstammes und dem Festziehen der jeweiligen Spannmutter sind damit zwangsläufig auch die Stützen fixiert. Der Christbaumständer umfaßt einen zylindrischen Aufnahmenapf 1, der sich aus einem Wasserbecken 2 und einer Zentrierhülse 3 für den Christbaumstamm zusammensetzt. Das Wasserbecken 2 und die Zentrierhülse 3 sind fest miteinander verbunden. Die Zentrierhülse 3 hat im Unterteil Öffnungen bzw. reicht nicht bis zum Boden, damit das Wasser ungehindert in die Zentrierhülse eindringen und den Christbaumstamm befeuchten kann. Am Boden des Aufnahmenapfes 1 sind Befestigungen 4 angeordnet. Die Befestigungen 4 sind als Zapfen oder Schrauben ausgebildet und stellen Schwenklager dar. Die Einzelteile des Christbaumständers lassen sich ohne Spezialwerkzeuge montieren. Die Befestigungen 4, die Schraubzapfen sein können, lassen sich mit einem Schraubenschlüssel oder bei entsprechender Ausbildung der Schrauben mit einem Schraubendreher befestigen. Dann stellen die Befestigungen Schwenkzapfen dar. Die Flügelköpfe 15 der Ausrichtschrauben 11 lassen sich von Hand betätigen. Die Teile des Christbaumständers werden in der aus Fig. 1 ersichtlichen Weise zusammengefügt. Der Christbaum wird mit seinem Fuß in die Zentrierhülse 3 eingestellt und in dem Stützring 2 durch die Ausrichtschrauben 11 ausgerichtet und gehalten. Nach Anziehen der Ausrichtschrauben 11 können auch die Spannmuttern 14 angezogen werden, so daß dadurch ein sicherer Verbund zwischen den Stützen und dem Stützring 10 gewährleistet ist.The individual parts of the Christmas tree stand can be assembled without special tools. Der Stützring 10 läßt sich um die jeweilige Ausrichtschraube 11 in eine vertikale Ausrichtung drehen, so daß dann der Raumbedarf für die Aufbewahrung des Christbaumständers bei Nichtgebrauch gering ist.
