Description
Undichtigkeitsanzeiger für Konservengläser. Wird die Vorrichtung mit der Öffnung nach unten beim Einkochen der Früchte o. dgl. zusammen mit diesen in das Konservenglas in der Nähe der Wandung eingesetzt, . so dehnt sich auch in dem Röhrchen die Luft aus. Die Einmachflüssigkeit kann daher nicht in das Röhrchen eintreten und die Schwimmkugel liegt unten im Röhrchen. Sobald aber das Konservenglas undicht wird, wird die Flüssigkeit mit der Schwimmkugel in dem Röhrchen hochgedrückt. An dem Stand der bunten Schwimmkugel in dem Röhrchen ist also zu erkennen, ob das Konservenglas dicht oder undicht ist.Leak indicator for canning jars.
