Abstract

1. Electrically operable dispenser with non-contact dispensing for liquid or pasty materials, such as disinfectants, cleaning agents, soaps and ointments, which consists essentially of a dispensing container for the materials to be dispensed, a pump (29) which is connected to the dispensing container (2) and is operated by means of an electromagnet (65) in the form of a solenoid, and an inlet valve and an outlet valve (22, 31) for the materials to be dispensed, characterized in that the pump (29) is a diaphragm pump and the solenoid has a driving force of from 1 to 100 N.
