Federwirkung o. dgl. die letzteren festhalten und an den Teller drücken. Das Zerstückeln
der Speisestücke ist bei diesen bekannten Einrichtungen trotz des guten Halts auf
dem Teller umständlich, da man die Lage des Speisestückes oder auch die Richtung
der Schnitte wechseln ruß. Gemäß dien Erfindung ist das Speisestück auf dem Teller
nicht festgehalten, so daß es durch das Messer allein in beliebige Schnittlage gebracht
werden kann. Das Zerstückeln erfolgt dabei in der Weise, daß zwei oder mehr mit
Abstand voneinander angeordnete, Stützorgane als Widerlager für das beim Zerstückeln
der Schubwirkung des Messers unterworfene Speisestück dienen und es, Qhne seine
