Außerdem ist er mit drei eingestanzten Schlitzen versehen, von welchen der mittlere zur Befestigung des Bandendes, die äußeren zum Durchziehen des Gamaschenbandes dienen. Der andere Schnallenteil b ist mit rechtwinklig abgebogenen Krallenschenk.eln g ausgerüstet, welche in der Schließstellung in die Vertiefungen i des Gegenschnallenstückes greifen.
