Reibungskupplung.
Friction clutch. The present invention relates to friction clutches
of the type whose brake ring is divided into two separate halves, which are separated by two
Screw spindles with right and left-hand threads pressed apart together
and can be withdrawn. The invention consists in that the two links--
and right-hand screws the two axes of rotation for tensioning clutch brake rings
form well-known resilient tilt locks, the two of the left
and right-hand screws evenly moving brake ring halves in a common slide guide
of the arm fixed on the shaft
hitherto still adhering disadvantage avoided that the brake ring in the disengaged state
does not protrude evenly from the friction surface everywhere. The resulting
constant grinding on the friction surface and the risk of unwanted taking with you
the anti-tilt clutch is eliminated in the invention.
Fig. i zeigt eine Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in FIGS. I and 2 of the drawing in an embodiment. Fig. I shows a side view, Fig. 2 shows a cross section. The drum b is attached to the driving shaft a, and the arm d is attached to the driven shaft c inside the drum. The brake ring consists of two halves e e. The opposing ring halves are connected to one another at one point of separation by the right and left screw f, and at the other point of separation by the right and left screw g. The two screw spindles form the two articulated points of application for the two toggle levers connected to one another at the hinge point la, of which the first i is attached to the center of the screw spindle f and is fork-shaped towards the hinge point h. The second toggle lever, which engages the other screw spindle g rotatably mounted on the arm d, consists of two parts k l located on both sides of the shaft and each telescopically displaceable in itself; on each of which a compression spring m is attached. In the central joint la of the toggle lever, the pull and push rod o linked to the sliding sleeve p engages. By moving the sleeve to one side or the other, the toggle lever, as can be seen in FIG. Since this causes the two screw spindles f and g to be rotated each time in one sense or the other, the two halves e e of the brake ring are evenly engaged and disengaged. In particular, the disengagement takes place evenly over the entire circumference, so that grinding can no longer occur. The clutch is secured both in the engaged and in the disengaged state by the compression springs m of the tilt lock.
The two halves e e of the brake ring are not fixedly attached to the arm d on which the screw spindle g is mounted, but rather movably mounted in the common slide guide n in order to obtain the most uniform possible movement when engaging and disengaging.
