Der vorliegende Corsetverschlufs zeichnet sich durch einfache und bequeme Handhabung ^; und besonders dadurch aus, dafs der Körper bezw. die Brust der tragenden Person nicht in ^! gesundheitsschädlicher Weise eingeschnürt wird. ■ The present Corsetverschlufs is characterized by simple and comfortable handling ^; and especially from the fact that the body resp. not in the breast of the person wearing it ^! is constricted in a harmful manner. ■

Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist dieser Verschlufs dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt.die Vorderansicht eines mit dem neuen Verschlufs versehenen Corsets. Der Verschlufs besteht aus den metallenen Oesen a, welche in zwei Reihen von oben bis unten abnehmbar auf Stiften b angeordnet sind, dem Schnürband d, welches durch die Oesen α gezogen wird, und der metallenen Strebe / am oberen Rand des Corsets. Die mit flachem Kopf versehenen Stifte b sind in passender Weise an dem Corset befestigt, während die Oesen a in Entfernungen, welche denen der Stifte b entsprechen, an einem schmalen Stoffstreifen e, Fig. 4, angenäht, oder sonstwie befestigt sind. Auf der einen Seite des Corsets ist dieser Stoffstreifen oben und untfen bei χ χ an das Corset angenäht, doch ist dies nicht absolut nothwendig; auf der anderen Seite ist der Stoffstreifen e mit den Oesen λ lose.
