Sobald die Hebewalze d ihren höchsten Punkt auf den oberen Kettenrädern erreicht hat, hat sie den sackartigen Banddurchhang nach: auswärts gekehrt, so daß dieser seinen Inhalt entleert. Bei Weitergang der Hebewalze d geht das Band a schließlich wieder- in seine alte Anfangslage zurück. Das nächste zu hebende Schüttgut kann nun wieder in den sich unter dem Punkt c bildenden Sack gleiten.
