Halterungselemente für Spanndrähte.Retaining elements for tension wires.
The invention relates to holding elements for tension wires in viticulture and / or fruit growing between tubular or profiled Steel posts of any geometric shape mounted so that they can move lengthways consisting of two each from the posts at a distance and parallel to each other along the lengthways side by means of cutting pressure opened longitudinal slots with a semicircular bottom G-round support and above through a straight transverse opening with each other are connected and the longitudinal slots with the base support pushed so far inward and their burr material is fully bent so that a burr-free passage with the smallest Seibungsfläche over the circumference of the longitudinal slots between the support and the one above the "horizontal" opening tension wire that can be inserted without kinking is secured.
Tension wire hai te runge η for viticulture are well known and usually consist of profiled drawn sheet steel with hook and support openings in the notches on both sides for the tension wires are punched out sharply. Greatest value in the many known proposals for suspending Tension wires were placed on top of the tension wires alone through different meander-shaped hanging slots supposedly not sliding out of their bearings can, although Ä © anyway the stresses on the tension wires through Sheet and copy weights printed in their supports alone will. The wind blowing into the vineyard and causing the tension wires were not taken into account in these proposals constantly changing horizontal and transverse movements are brought with the tension wires on the sharp punched edges are exposed to great wear and tear increases significantly with wanhssiidem fruit weight and the Fruit yield9 increased through fruit damage and repair time.

ORIGINAL INSPECTED
'When reviewing the prior art it was found that all previously known holders for such tension wires almost equally have identical disadvantages, all of which consist in the fact that the load in relation to the load-bearing and both longitudinal and transverse movements on the very small sharp-edged support surfaces for the tension wires in the brackets were not just underestimated but were criminally neglected. What was not taken into account in every pail was that the tension wires do not rest absolutely horizontally in the support points but are bent over these edges in a trapezoidal fashion to the right and left over the sharp edges of the punched openings. As an example, DE-OS 26 36 731 shows a Metall'profilpfahl, the two sides of which extend over its entire length U-shaped or at an acute angle pushed out hip with sharp-edged punched holding posts, in which the tension wires are under by constant movements the pressure of the fruit and the lengthways and crosswise burrs caused by the wind. '
DE-GM 79 02 715 shows the similarity range of wear and tear on the tension wires, but here the idea of the invention lies solely in the shape of the support and the insertion slot, the punched fixing slots of which are also sharp-edged and therefore destructive to the tension wires. DE-OS 25 22 54 describes a Weinbergstickel formed from sheet steel, on the surface of which an electrostatic cathodic protection is applied before the punching and whose stability is explained by the precisely written, beading shape, but the area η for the savings wires through the punching of the opening or the support rf The inclination of the beads at a 30 ° angle, the tension wires at four punched corners are particularly endangered by strong corrugation, especially since these sharp kinks, from which the previously applied cathodic protection was only freed before punching.
GOPYGOPY
In DE-GM 76 15 91 7, the abrasion on the tension wires is initially kinked by the sharp curvature in the insertion opening and is thereby particularly endangered and filed down in the bearing opening during horizontal movement through the punched burr edges.
DE-PS 21 51 656 would be the ideal solution to the problem if, according to the characterizing feature of claim 1. "a block made of suitable material" would really be available. At first glance, the previous disadvantages have actually been eliminated. Unfortunately, however, such material is not available for the time being. But if a corresponding piece of metal were to be made, then for a vineyard alone with an average of two to three thousand stakes, up to ninety thousand such blocks would have to be fastened with two screws each. The next obstacle are these blocks outside of the posts, which are inevitably destroyed in rows by the modern grape harvesting machines or at least torn off the piles by their striking tools, whereby the vertical tools of the reading machines were also damaged. Apart from the manufacturing costs of such blocks, the time to assemble two G-thread holes and two screws for fastening the blocks, i.e. one hundred and eighty thousand screws, would be necessary for each block. It should also be taken into account that hot summer and low winter temperatures either soften or burst with the proposed plastic material. The task of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages outlined above by first allowing the contact surfaces of the tension wires in the mounting elements to be as small as possible, but in particular without contact with sharp punched edges and even when hanging in the bearing points, not necessarily being subjected to any kinking Finally, the mounting elements must be stable and inexpensive to manufacture and have only the smallest friction surfaces in the event of vertical and / or horizontal wind inrush movements and vertical loads from the weight of the fruit.

This problem was solved by caß over the length of the Posts are arranged at a distance from each other evenly opposing mounting elements, each consisting of two There are vertical longitudinal slots produced by means of cutting pressure, the pressed through so to speak G-ratmaterial after inside bo is pushed through and bent so that the longitudinal slots including the lower semicircular support surfaces have a smooth burr-free passage for the tension wires and that the longitudinal slots on inren upper opening ^ score points with each other by means of a horizontal pres, -grinding or separating cut with an overall inverted TJ-shaped Opening result.

Daß außerdem ein schadloser Einsatz von Erntemaschinen möglich ist gehört bisher nicht zum Stand der Technik, wie auch aus den angegebenen Schriften eindeutig hervorgeht.in addition, the production is compared to sheet metal rolling and Bending and punching work, which sharp-edged supports cause the repair work and damage to the fruit, are eliminated. That also a harmless use of harvesting machines possible is not yet part of the state of the art, as can also be clearly seen from the specified documents.
