Description
The invention relates to a device for drying and shrinking of knitted fabrics, in particular of tubular knitted fabric, according to the generic term of claim 1.
Such a device for drying and shrinking textile knitted fabrics in a flow channel is known (DE-OS 29 18 833). This is from opposite hot air chambers Air outlet openings formed. To move the Knitted fabrics through this flow channel serve to allow air to pass through casual transport towels. So as strong as possible When shrinkage is achieved, the knitted fabric becomes tense guided freely through this hot air flow channel and under the influence of a strong air flow between the two transport blankets kept moving. For adequate drying and shrinking however, relatively long flow channels are required derlich, which means a large amount of material, large Hot air quantities and also an extensive space requirement become necessary. Another drying device for sensitive fabrics (DE-PS 5 68 874) the fabric web is on widely separated transport blankets by one common drying room transported. The free on The fabric sheet lying on the transport cloths can become while moving largely tension-free, however a flow channel for an intensification of the shrinkage in this case, the transport blankets must also be missing be relatively long. Another disadvantage results from the fact that the lower transport cloth running fabric web with wrinkling on the upper one must be raised and thereby one of the shrinkage counteracting tensile stress arises. To be effective Extending the shrink distance will be another knew device (DE-OS 30 23 225) of the treatment area for the knitwear also on the upper Run of the upper transport blanket of a flow channel extended. When transporting the fabric web through the Treatment chamber becomes air through the wet goods sucked, thereby pressing the goods onto the cloth and impaired in their freedom of movement. In this Area is therefore only predried and first in the underlying one of two transport towels Pass-through channel formed is carried out alternately Blowing hot air from above and below one Shrinkage of the goods. For the actual shrinkage performance is again only the shrinking distance in the Flow channel decisive, which is why with the known Predrying does not shorten the overall system can be reached. As practice shows, ask good shrinkage values only when drying and Shrinkage done simultaneously.
The invention is therefore based on the object Device for drying and shrinking textile To improve knitwear of the type mentioned at the beginning, that an increased shrinkage of the goods while being gentle Treatment of the tissue fibers is achieved.
This task is done on a device according to the Ober Concept of claim 1 according to the invention the characteristic features of this claim solved.
By forming a return of goods above a flow channel, it is possible to treat stretch for the knitwear and thus also the drying and to considerably lengthen the shrinking times, so that thereby the actual flow channel and thus the Machine length can be shortened considerably. Just from the return arrangement above the heated one Flow channel already results in an effective one Heating this return path by additional Facilities and measures to be reinforced can. For another shrink on the return The conditions are therefore met. A trained on the return run of a transport cloth The shrink path is also progressive, because through this post-shrink path the hot air temperature temperatures can be kept below 100 ° C and this in turn protects the fabric fibers can.
A further intensification of the shrinking effect is reached when the emerging from the flow channel Knitted fabrics during their transfer to the return section is moistened. Simple spray nozzles can perform this task perfectly.
Advantageous further developments of the invention are in Claimed claims.
The invention is based on an Ausfüh Example, which also schematized in the drawing is shown in side view, described in more detail.
The shrink dryer shown has the transportrich direction of the knitted fabric to be treated transversely directed upper and lower nozzle tubes 2, 1 with a substantially rectangular cross-section (shown partly in broken lines), which form a flow channel 3 . The air nozzles 4, 5 are offset from one another. The height of the flow channel is approximately 10 to 30 mm. An endless conveyor is used to transport the knitted fabric through this through-channel, which in the exemplary embodiment is a transport blanket 7 which pulls over the lower nozzle tubes 1 and rotates around the deflection rollers 8, 9 at the ends of the conveyor belt and the auxiliary rollers 10, 11 . In addition, an upper endless transport cloth 12 is provided, which passes just below the upper nozzle tubes 2 and runs around the upper deflecting rollers 14, 15 and auxiliary rollers 16, 17 . This upper transport cloth 12 moves in the same direction as the lower transport cloth and expediently also at the same speed through the passage channel 3 . In order to keep the transport cloths, especially the upper one, under tension, tensioning rollers and / or chain guide rails (not shown) can be provided. Between the two transport blankets there is a transport space of about 5 to 20 mm high, in which there is enough space for a wavy, tension-free movement of the knitwear. The two transport cloths have relatively large meshes so as not to impair the air flow. In this way, the knitted fabric is moved up and down between the transport cloths and is also ventilated, so that its volume can be optimally increased and can also shrink sufficiently during the drying process.
The two nozzle tube batteries 1, 2 are enclosed by a housing 20 , which also conducts the air flow. Circulating air blower 21 and heating elements (not visible) are accommodated therein and ensure sufficient heating and forced flow of the air across the passageway.
In the outlet gap 24 of the flow channel, a receiving roller 25 is set in such a way that the outgoing goods are deflected upwards and are guided upwards by a return cloth 26 , which rotates around the rollers 27, 28 and abuts a transport cloth rise 29 . The upper felt belt roll 28 is assigned to the auxiliary roll 17 in such a way that the knitted fabric is placed on a return run 30 of the upper transport cloth. The return path forming the return run is laid by means of a lay-out 32 over an incoming end E , where on the auxiliary roller 16 the goods drop A takes place in a table judge 33 . From the auxiliary roller 16 , the transport cloth is guided back to the passage 3 via a deflection and tension roller 34 .
In the exemplary embodiment, the housing 20 also encloses part of the return strand 30 and forms a return channel 35 . A recirculating air device 37 with a blower 38 , to which return air nozzles 39 , which lead into the return channel 35 , are connected, is placed on this return channel. A suction housing is designated 40 . In order to avoid heat losses at the end of the flow channel and at the return steering device, an insulation housing 42 is also provided. In order to move a damp knitted fabric as vigorously as possible through the return duct, an impact roller (not shown) can act on the return strand to generate vibrations.
In the area of the felt cloth belt or between the deflection rollers 15 and 17 , spray nozzles (not drawn) can also be used for moistening the knitting fabric running up. This spraying device can be formed from rows of nozzles or also from nozzle tubes which extend over the entire width of the knitted fabric. Several spray devices in series or opposite one another are also possible.
The procedure is as follows: A squeezed or centrifugally moist knitted fabric is placed at the inlet end E and fed to a draw-in roller 51 via easily adjustable spreaders 50 . The spreader over stretch the goods in the order of approximately 10%. As a result, the goods are spread out exactly, smooth and therefore fed to the dryer without longitudinal folds. After leaving the spreader, the goods are gripped by the pull-in roller and its pull-in cloth 52 and placed on the lower transport cloth 7 via a shrink roll 53 . The drawing-in roller is expediently steam-heated and thus contributes to preheating and stabilizing the knitted fabric at a temperature of approximately 95 to 100 ° C. The shrinking roller 53 works with appropriate advance to form shrink folds. Between the transport cloths, the goods move through the flow channel 3 , where very strong air currents are effective. The main shrinkage of the goods takes place during this drying process. This is then brought up and finally reaches the return run 30 and through the return channel 35 . So that the slight wrinkling of the knitwear is fully retained during the drying process, the knitwear is pressed against the transport cloth rise 29 by the felt cloth. The beater can still be used during the return. The knitted fabric is moved on the return run to the auxiliary or discharge roller 16 , where it automatically falls into the stacking funnel 33 . Since the return duct is connected to the drying chamber closed by the housing 20 , the drying of the knitwear is thereby increased. The excess moist air is removed from the drying chamber via a known heat recovery system in such a way that the heat is extracted from the exhaust air and the cooled air is led outside. The return air removed from the work space is heated and the device, for. B. supplied via the return of goods. Since dry goods become statically charged and adhere to cloths or rollers, the circulating air blower 38 blows the air through several nozzles 39 into the return duct from above. The rearmost nozzle has the task that the air flow detaches the goods from the felt cloth. The subsequent nozzle blows onto the fabric from above, this air stream flowing through the knitted fabric into the drying chamber. The air stream enters the return duct in the direction of travel from the foremost nozzle. The excess air is taken up at the front of the machine by the suction housing 40 and can be fed from there to the heat recovery system.
In the area of the goods deflection 29 there is a temperature which corresponds approximately to that in the drying chamber from 120 to 140 ° C. If here the goods are stretched over the spreader and sprayed with hot water at the same time, so that they reach a moisture content of approx. 15%, it is also in the return duct, especially with increased and improved air flow and possibly in connection with one shaking another he is aiming for increased shrinkage.
Dämpfeinrichtungen be einflußt.If no return run of an upper means of transport is available, then a separate return conveyor, e.g. B. in the form of an endless conveyor belt to set up. The return path can also be connected directly to the deflection or end roller of the through channel without increasing 29 . The invention is also not influenced by the design and design of the drying chamber and the nozzle pipes or the like. Damping devices be.
