Description

Verfahren zur Umsetzung von Ammankarbonat mit Gips zu Ammansulfat. Nach dem Hauptpatent erfolgt die Umsetzung von Ammankarbonat mit Gips zu Ammensulfat in mit kreisendem Einbau versehenen Reaktionskolonnen, denen von oben die Aufschlämmung von .Gips in Wasser bzw. Sulfatlösung und von unten Ammoniak- und Kohlensäuredämpfe zugeführt werden. Bei diesem Verfahren ist angenommen, daß die Ammoniakdämpfe in Destillierapparaten aus ammoniakhaltigem Wasser abgetrieben sind und die Kohlensäure irgendeiner verfügbaren Quelle entnommen wird. Das ammoniakhaltige Wasser wird durch Auskühlung oder Auswaschung des Ammoniaks aus den Destillationsgasen von Brennstoffen erhalten.Process for converting ammonium carbonate with gypsum to amman sulfate.
