Abstract
Wie Statistiken beweisen, ist der Konsum von harten Spirituosen rückläufig, während der Umsatz von Likören und ähnlichen Getränken zunimmt. Vom gesundheitlichen Standpunkt ist ein Likör, wie er von uns hergestellt werden soll, gut zu vertreten, denn er beinhaltet ja den Zusatz von Bier nach dem Reinheitsgebot, reinen Zucker sowie den Aromastoff Vanille. Der Bierlikör ist nach einer Mahlzeit sehr zu empfehlen, da er durch den Zusatz von Zucker auch den Blutzuckerspiegel nach dem Essen positiv beeinflußt. Ein weiterer Grund für die Herstellung des Bierlikörs ist der, daß der Bierlikör als Zusatzgetränk zum Bier sehr gut verträglich ist, wohl bekommt und stärkeren Zusatzgetränken vorzuziehen ist.As statistics show, the consumption of hard spirits is falling, while sales of liqueurs and similar beverages are increasing.
