Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Radscheiben und Radsternen. Die Produkte der verschiedenen Verfahrensstufen sind in Fig. i bis 7 veranschaulicht. Dieser Block wird auf Teilblockgröße in runder Form, ungefähr dem Durchmesser der Radscheibennabe entsprechend, vorgewalzt (Fig. 2) und auf der Schere oder auf der Säge warm im normalen Fabrikationsgange unterteilt, wodurch die Teilblöcke (Fig. 3) entstehen. Hierauf folgt dann das Stauchen unter der Presse oder dem Hammer, wodurch das in Fig. ¢ dargestellte Arbeitsstück entsteht, dann das Lochen (Fig. 5), die Auswalzung auf dem Radscheibenwalzwerk (Fig. 6) und schließlich die endgültige Formgebung durch Kümpelung (Fig. 7). Die Figuren lassen erkennen, daß die Blöcke für die einzelnen Radscheiben stets lunkerfrei sind, so daß auch das Endprodukt frei von Lunker sein muß. Für die Güte des Endprodukts kommt auch in Betracht, daß der gestauchte Block gemäß Fig. q. bereits vorher durch Auswalzung des großen Blockes nach Fig. i eine Durcharbeitung erfahren hat, also schon ein dichteres Gefüge besitzt, ehe er dem Stauchprozeß behufs Bildung des in Fig. q. dargestellten Arbeitsstückes 'unterworfen wurde.
