HubmagnetLifting magnet
an den Magnetpolen möglich.PRIOR ART The invention is based on a lifting magnet
the genre of the main claim. In such a known lifting magnet is the
Armature guided in the plain bearing of the lifting magnet housing. The familiar arrangement
has the disadvantage that the control accuracy and stability due to the friction of the armature
is affected. In addition, with the previous solutions, the anchor was glued on
possible at the magnetic poles.
Advantages of the invention The lifting magnet according to the invention with the characterizing
Features of the main claim has the advantage that the friction of the armature
is significantly reduced, which ensures stable operation of the lifting magnet.
The moving mass is kept low. It works
only a minor one
Radial force on the armature. Because of the permanent excitation by the permanent magnet
large air gaps are possible without increasing the electrical power requirement.
A saturation of the armature in the partial area of the permanent magnet further reduces
the radial forces on the armature. Because the pole pieces of the two poles are conical
are formed and saturated, an axial magnetic force results proportionally
to electricity and independent of the hub. It also helps prevent accidental damage
Eccentricity, the radial forces are low. Because of the low radial forces
low-friction storage in the form of spring bearings is possible.
The measures listed in the subclaims are advantageous
Further developments and improvements of the features specified in the main claim are possible.
Drawing An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing
shown and explained in more detail in the following description. The figure shows
a longitudinal section through a lifting magnet.
Bereich 23 an.
magnetisch gut leitendem Material.
Description of the exemplary embodiment In the figure, 10 is the
An annular housing of a lifting magnet 11 made of non-magnetic material
designated. On the housing 10 are from one side of the housing 10
an annular housing cover 12, 13 screwed on, which also consists of an anti-magnetic
Material. On the housing cover 12 is a pole plate

arranged, the pole piece 14 'is slightly conical. About in the middle
The housing 10 has a pole plate 16, the pole piece 16 'of which tapers conically.
A second pole plate 17 is arranged at the end of the housing 10, which also has a
has conical pole piece 17 '. Between the two pole plates 16, 17 is
a solenoid 18 is arranged. A is located between the pole plates 14, 16
Permanent magnet 19, the north or south pole of which faces the magnet coil 18. Around
the permanent magnet 19 has an annular groove 20 in the middle part of the housing
10 is an armature 21 in the passage of the magnetic coil 18 and the permanent magnet 19
arranged. It consists of a bolt that is set off several times. A covenant 22 that the
Has the largest diameter of the armature 21, lies between the pole pieces 16 ', 17'.
Its width is slightly greater than the distance between the two pole shoes 16 ', 17'.
Furthermore, the width of the collar 22 is determined by the desired stroke. The diameter
of the collar 22 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter on the pole pieces
16 ', 17'. At the collar 22 closes on the side of the permanent magnet 19 out
Area 23. Its diameter is slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the
Pole shoe 14 '. On the shoulder 24, which is formed by a tapered area 26,
the inner edge of a leaf spring 28 is clamped in by means of a clamping bush 27.
On the other side of the armature 21 is in a region 29 whose diameter
corresponds approximately to that of the area 26, a sleeve 31 is attached. Between the sleeve
31 and a clamping bushing 32 that follows it, a second leaf spring 34 is clamped.
Both leaf springs 28, 34 are on their outer walls between the housing cover 12,
13 and protruding edges 14 ", 17 ?? on the pole plates 14, 17
trapped.
The axially movable armature 21 and the pole plates 14, 16 consist of
magnetically good conductive material. The leaf springs 28, 34 have in the axial direction
a low section modulus with respect to the armature, a high one in the radial direction.
The function of the lifting magnet is as follows: By the permanent magnet
19, the armature 21 is attracted by the pole pieces 16 ', 17'. Flows in the solenoid
18 a current, the magnetic flux of force creates the attraction of one pole piece
increased and that of the other reduced. In the construction shown in the figure
there is an increase in the attraction in the pole piece 17 'and a decrease in the
Pole piece 16 ', so that the armature 21 generates a force to the left. Without utility effect
the flux of the permanent magnet 19 via the pole plate 14 and the pole piece 14 '
out on the anchor 21. The permanent flow of force in the. Anchor 21 changes at one
slight displacement of the armature 2f, if the two cones of the pole pieces
16 ', 17' are formed identically. Due to the conical design of both pole pieces
16 ', 17' a lifting force can be generated that is independent of the stroke itself and proportionally
to the stream is.
