Vorrichtung zum Ablegen der abgeschnittenen und bestrichenen Brotscheiben
an Brot-Schneide- und -Bestreichmaschinen.
Die \-orrichtnng bezieht sich auf eine Vor-
richtung zum Ablegen der abgeschnittenen
und mit Butter bestrichenen Brotscheiben an
einer Brot-Schneide- und -Bestreiclimascliine
Beliebiger Bauart.
Ihr Wesen bestellt darin, daß die abg:-
schnittenen Brotscheiben, nachdem sie in be-
kannter W-eise mit Mutter o. dgl. bestriclicn
worden sind, auf eine Platte abgelegt «-erden,
die durch den hin t111(1 leer gehenden Brot-
träger angetrieben wird, der gleichzeitig auch
(Sie Führungsvorrichtung für die einzelnen
Scheiben betätigt.

gegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ansfuh-

Die eigentliche Maschine zurre Abschneiden
und Bestreichen der Brotscheiben wird als
bekannt vorausgesetzt und ist daher weder
dargestellt noch beschrieben.
Sind iltin die Brotscheiben in bekannter
_eise von dein 1Icsser il. abgeschnitten und
finit der in dem Behälter o befindlichen Butter
o. d-1. bestrichen worden. so sollen sie gemäß
der 1;rfinclutig auf einen Teller oder eine
Platte abgelegt werden. Dies geschieht clurcli
folgende Vorrichtung:
Vor dein Messer fit ist ein Führungsge-
llätlse 2 angeordnet. Zwischen diesem und
(Sem 'Messer befindet sich die Brotschnitte i.
Durch die in dem Gehäuse vorhandene Öff-
nnng gelangt die abgeschnittene Scheibe Hin-
ein. Der den Boden des Gehäuses bildende
Flausch 3 ist, wie dargestellt, bei 4 <<itfgc-
hängt, um iin geeigneten Augenblick der
Sclicibe (las Hinunterfallen auf deti Teil ;
zu gestatten, von dein aus die Schnitte auf
eine uniklappbare Platte 9 gelangt. Diese
Platte c) ist bei 6 drehbar aufgehängt und
wird im geeigneten :Augenblick durch eitle
Stange 8 bewegt, wudurch ihr freies l-ndc
über den Rand des Aufnahmetellers ; gebracht
wird. Auf diesem ist ein abnehmbares-=\Mit-
tel5tü ck 12 vorgesehen, (las beispielsweise ein
Gewicht in 1#orrn eines abgestumpften Kegels
mit der Spitze nach unten und der Grund-
fläche nach oben sein kann. Die Wirkung
dieser Vorrichtung ist folgende:
Wenn die Scheibe vollkommen abgeschnit-
ten ist, wird sie mittels des nicht dargestell-
ten Brotwagens bekannter Art in das Füh-
rungsgehäuse a hineingebracht. Während
(fieses Vorganges befinden sich der Boden-
flansch 3 und die Platte 9 in der gesenkten
Stellung, die durch die gestrichelten Linien io
lind i i angedeutet ist. Wenn das abgcsclinit-
tene Stück nun vollkommen firn Gehäuse liegt.
wird die Stange 8 nach oben bewegt. wie
später beschrieben wird. und hierdurch ge-
langen der Flansch 3 und die Platte 9 in die
mittels ausgezogener Linien bezeichnete Stel-
lung. Die Scheibe fällt dann herunter und
legt sich mit ihrer unteren laute gegen das
Mittelstück 12 auf den Teller 7. Die oberste
Kante der abgeschnittenen Scheibe ruht dann
auf den» freien I``itde der Platte(-) atlf. Benn

d. h. unmittelbar vor dein Abschneiden der
nächsten Scheibe, wird die Stange 8 nach un-
ten bewegt. Der Flansch 3 gelangt dann in
die durch gestrichelte Linien angedeiltete
Lage und kann das nächste abgeschnittene
Stück aufnehmen, während die Platte g gleich-
zeitig in die durch gestrichelte Linien i i an-
gedeutete Lage kommt, wodurch sich die
Scheibe frei auf die Platte 7 auflegt. Unnlit-
telbar darauf wird die Platte; mittels der
Klinke 13, die in das Sperrad 14, auf (lein die
Platte aufruht, eingreift, herumgedreht. f)icse
Klinke 13 erhält ihren Antrieb durch einen
Hebel 15, der wiederum von einen( Hebedau-
men 16 gesteuert wird. Die ganze Förder-
vorrichtung wi(1 der Drehantrieb für die
Platte erfolgt von den Zahnrädern t j und 18
aus. Ersteres sitzt auf der Achse des uiniau-
fenden Messers und letzteres kommt damit
derart in Eingriff, daß es bei einer vollstän-
digen Arbeitsleistung der :Maschine eine Uni-
drehung ausführt. Das Rad 18 besitzt an
seiner Oberfläche den bereits erwähnten 1-iche-
daumen 16, der den den Plattenträger 14 an-
treibenden Hebel betätigt, und außerdem sitzt
am Rade 18 noch ein zweiter Daumen i g, (ler
die Stange 8 antreibt. Der Flansch 3 und (las
Ende 9 des Teiles 5 werden, wie schon er-
wähnt, durch die Stange 8 angetrieben, die
ihrerseits durch den Hebel 2o bewegt wird,
der hei 2-2 drehbar aasgelenkt und bei 2.1.
durch eine Rolle mit dein Hebedaumen i o
verbunden ist, wobei die Rolle wiederwn mit-
tels einer Feder in dieser Lage gehalten wird.
Der Plattenträger wird mittels des Hebels 2 t
betätigt, der bei 23 drehbar aasgelenkt ist und
an seinem Ende mittels einer Rolle 2; finit
dein Hebedaumen t6 in Verbindung steht.
Auch hier wird die gegenseitige Lage wieder
durch eine Feder gesichert. Die Ste111111-
dieser Hebedaumen ist so gewählt, daß sie die
betreffende Vorrichtung zu den bestiuniiteii
Zeiten betätigen. Mit 26 ist eine Sperrl<linl<c
bezeichnet, die (las Verschieben des f'lattcii-
trägers 14 beim 12ücl:gang der 111-linke 13 \rr-
hindern soll.
