Der Apparat besteht in der Hauptsache aus dem Gestell a mit dem Zapfen b, auf welchen der zu teilende Papierstreifen c gesteckt wird, der Tülle d, durch die die Feder e hindurchtritt, dem Hebel f, an dem der gezahnte Abtrennkopf g befestigt ist, und dem verstellbaren Anschlag h, der den Hub des, Hebels f begrenzt. Der Apparat ist damit zum Gebrauch fertig. Der Papiers.trei= fen c steht um eine Billett- oder Markenlänge vor, wie dies auch in Fig. i ersichtlich ist. Zieht man jetzt leicht an diesem vorstehenden. Man kann den Streifen c nun leicht so weit herausziehen, bis der sich mitbewegende Hebel f ,gegen den Anschlag h stößt (Fig. 2). Dieser Anschlag lz kann auf genaue Billettlänge eingestellt werden. Zieht man nun, nachdem der Hebel f den Anschlag h berührt, mit leichtem Ruck weiter an dem Streifen c, dann dringen die Zähne des Abtrennkopfes durch das Papier, dasselbe wird an der Abtrennstelle perforiert und reißt hier leicht durch. Man hat damit die aufzuklebende Marke direkt in -der Hand. Nach dem Abreißen der ersten Marke fällt der Hebel f mit Kopf g von selbst durch sein Gewicht in die alte Lage zurück, während der Papierstreifen c stehenbleibt, da er durch die Feder e festgehalten wird.
