Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung von Stickoxyd in Verbrennungskraftmaschinen. Bei Gasmaschinen, welche zur Erzeugung von Stickoxyd dienen, ist es von großer Bedeutung für eine günstige Ausbeute, daB die Verbrennung des Gemisches möglichst schnell und vollkommen erfolgt, damit einerseits durch die Verbrennung bei kleinsten Volumen eine hohe Verbrennungstemperatur und anderseits durch Vermeidung von Nachbrennen ein rascher Temperaturfall erzielt wird. Auf diese Weise wird die Menge des gebildeten Stickoxyds vergrößert und der Wiederzerfall verringert.Process for the representation of nitrogen oxide in internal combustion engines. Ein vollkommeneres Gemisch wird aber nur dann erreicht, wenn es gelingt, auch das Wirbelmittel in der Ladung gleichmäßig zu verteilen. Nach der vorliegenden weiteren Ausbildung und Verbesserung des Verfahrens nach dem Hauptpatent wird eine Verbesserung der Mischung dadurch hervorgerufen, daß das Wirbelmittel, Gas oder Luft, vor der Einführung in die Ladung erhitzt wird. Durch die Erwärmung des Wirbelmittels wird seine Diffusionsgeschwindigkeit vergrößert, ein Umstand, der wegen der Kürze der zur Verfügung stehenden Zeit von großer Wichtigkeit ist; gleichzeitig läßt sich auch eine schädliche Abkühlung der Ladung durch die Expansion des Wirbelmittels vermeiden.As a means of achieving quick and complete combustion the process of the main patent is used to improve the mixing of gas. and air by energetic swirling of both parts of the charge by introduction a powerful gas or air jet causes.
