Description
Die Erfindung" betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Spülversatzrohren, welche
mehrere verstärkte Laufrinnen besitzen.
: Es ist bekannt, aus einem mit Verdickung gewalzten rinnenförmigen Profileisen durch
Abschließen der offenen Seite der Rinne ein Spülversatzrohr mit einer durch die Verstärkung
gebildeten Laufrinne herzustellen. Um die Lebensdauer eines derartigen Spülversatzrohres
zu verlängern, wird nun gemäß der Erfindung ein solches Rohr mit mehreren verstärkten
Laufrinnen dadurch hergestellt, daß eine der Zahl der Lauf rinnen entsprechende
Zahl mit Verdickung gewalzter rinnenförmiger Profileisen an ihren Schenkelenden verschweißt
oder auf andere Weise miteinander verbunden werden. Ein solches Rohr kann,
nachdem die eine Laufrinne bis zur Grenze der·. nach dem Betriebsdruck erforderlichen
Wandstärke verschlissen ist, gedreht werden; so daß ein anderer mit Verdickung versehener
