Abstract
Bei einer nassen Lamellenkupplung für automatische Getriebe rotieren treibende und getriebene Lamellen in einer Kupplungsnabe in Gestalt eines hohlen Zylinders. Diese Kupplungsnabe ist durch Preßformen hergestellt und hat mindestens einen Ausschnitt, mit dem nach innen weisende Vorsprünge an den treibenden Lamellen so zusammenwirken, daß die treibenden Lamellen zusammen mit der Kupplungsnabe rotieren. Die Kupplungsnabe hat ferner ein nach innen weisendes Abschirmglied, das in den inneren Umfang der Kupplungsnabe eingebaut ist, um Schmieröl über die Ausschnitte zu den Reibflächen der treibenden und getriebenen Lamellen zu leiten, wodurch das Öl am nutzlosen Verspritzen gehindert wird. Z.B. kann das Abschirmglied die Form eines Sprengringes haben, der in eine Ringnut am inneren Umfang der Kupplungsnabe eingesetzt ist, oder die Form eines zylindrischen Bauteils mit einem nach innen weisenden Flansch, das in die Kupplungsnabe eingesetzt ist.In a wet multi-disk clutch for automatic transmissions, the driving and driven disks rotate in a clutch hub in the form of a hollow cylinder.
