The invention relates to a doctor bar for the wire section of a paper machine with a base part Synthetic resin containing a spherical filler material, and with a surface part made of ceramic, as well as with a reinforcement part.
Those made of ceramic materials, in particular sintered ones, are used as a doctor blade for paper machines Alumina ceramic materials, because they have very good properties and a have a long service life.
A known doctor bar of this design, which is used in the wire section of a paper machine, includes, for example, one made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polyester, fiber-reinforced Plastics (FRP), or similar materials made base part with a hollow part (T-groove) on its Bottom, so that it fits into the support rail and thus the installation and removal of the doctor blade of the paper machine is easy. The squeegee also includes a surface portion which is attached to use ceramic materials or tungsten carbide or uses ceramic materials. Because the basic part consists of one synthetic resin material is made, which has a low hardness, the strop bends to Time of installation in a paper machine by what differences in level or in the distances results in the joints on the surface part, and a non-uniform paper having streaks is obtained there the paper moves on an uneven part of the surface.
This comprises: a surface part 2 made of ceramic materials and for itself molded with synthetic resin material, a base 1 made of synthetic resin material having a hollow part 4 on its underside, a reinforcing part 5 made of steel, which is shown in FIG the base part 1 is inserted, so that it is avoided that the squeegee bends. The surface part 2 has a dovetail 6, so that it is ensured that the base part 1 and the surface part 2 fit together. This squeegee makes it easier to replace squeegees, and it is still avoided that grinding is required to take away differences in the levels of the individual surface parts. With this squeegee, however, the weight of the base part 1 is very heavy, because when it is used of steel for the reinforcement member 5 in connection with the weight of the synthetic resin material as a whole results in a high weight
Furthermore, from DE-AS 26 34 794 a squeegee of the type mentioned above is known, in which the surface part consists of a dense packing of spheroidal to spherical wear-resistant particles, especially ceramic balls, which are in synthetic resin are embedded. In this way, the surface part is supposed to be made wear-resistant, that is, it should be designed so that it has a wear-resistant, smooth and wear surface with a low coefficient of friction that remains smooth even during operation and has a correspondingly low inhibiting force on the sieve. This tight packing of wear-resistant balls, in particular of polished ceramic balls that are embedded in synthetic resin corresponds to the ceramic Surface part 2, as described above with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 is described. According to the DE-AS 26 34 794, the base part can also contain a spherical filler material, but by no means for the purpose the reduction of the specific weight of the base part but to avoid undesired Deformations. Because the total thermal expansion of the ceramic balls, which are densely packed in the Surface part are provided is in the plastic structure in which these ceramic balls are embedded are, much smaller than the total thermal expansion of the plastic structure itself. Therefore, if the above Wear surface layer would be formed from a base part consisting only of plastic, it can be due to the different thermal expansion of the wear surface layer on the one hand and the area of the base part adjoining it, on the other hand, become significant in the event of temperature changes Deformations of the wear surface occur. These deformations due to different Thermal expansion should now be avoided according to DE-AS 26 34 794 that the entire Cross section of the squeegee is filled with ceramic wear balls. However, there is such a use the relatively expensive ceramic balls is not economical, is further in DE-AS 26 34 794 suggested using other fillers, such as glass spheres, instead. Here, the amount of filler should be be so high in the base that its thermal expansion is similar to that of the surface layer is. With this spherical filler material, in particular in the form of glass spheres, however, it is less favorable Way, the weight of the trowel is increased, because the specific weight of glass is noticeably greater than that of plastic.
The object of the invention, on the other hand, is to create a squeegee that, in spite of its light weight has sufficient inherent rigidity.
This object is achieved according to the invention on the basis of a squeegee of the type mentioned at the beginning solved that the spherical filling material of hollow microspheres with a specific weight of 0.9 or less and is provided in a proportion of 10 to 65 vol .-% such that the specific gravity of the base is about 0.92 to 1.2.
Use reinforcement part without losing its total weight becomes difficult. Such a squeegee is as a result when installing in the paper machine as well very easy to handle when removing from the paper machine.
A further development of the invention is specified in the dependent claim.
The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing explained in more detail. This shows a perspective View of the already known stroking track described above, but in which the im Basic part material used has been changed and corresponds to the present invention, so that the embodiments of the invention will be explained below with reference to the drawing.
The base of the squeegee is made of a synthetic resin material, preferably a thermosetting resin. Examples of thermosetting resins are epoxy resins, unsaturated polyester resins, phenolic resins, melamine resins and urea resins. This synthetic resin contains a filler in an amount of JO to 65% by volume. The filler material is in the form of hollow microspheres with a specific gravity of 0.9 or less. The filler material is in the form of hollow microspheres because of the specific gravity and the reinforcing effect. The particle size of the microspheres is sufficient if it is in the range from 5 to 300 μm. Examples of filling materials are inert silicon-containing materials, for example with the composition: SiO 2 55-61%, Al 2 O 3 26-3 / Vo, Na 2 O + K 2 O 0.5-4% and Fe 2 O 3 4% or less , each wt% (manufactured by Nippon Fillite KK, Japan), microcapsules made of commonly used synthetic resins, or balloons made of organic materials. If the amount of the filler is less than 10% by volume, the effect of reducing the weight is insufficient. On the other hand, if the amount of the filler is more than 65% by volume, the synthetic resin material and the filler cannot be sufficiently castable, with the result that the synthetic resin is difficult to be molded and the properties of the products formed are not uniform are. The base part can be shaped by methods known per se, for example by casting.
The surface part is made according to a method known per se. Ceramic material made and lies in the form shown in the drawing.
In the drawing, reference numeral 2 denotes the surface part obtained by sintering alumina receives. The surface part 2 has a dovetail 6 on its underside. The G and part 1 is obtained by adding 100 parts by weight of epoxy resin, 43 parts by weight of filler (specific weight eiwa 0.7 Particle size 5-300 µm. Manufacturer: Nippon Fillite K. K.) and 40 parts by weight of a hardening agent mixed, the mixture is poured into a mold and the mixture hardens. In the base part 1, a reinforcing material 5 made of steel is inserted, the head part of the reinforcing material is in contact with the dovetail 6.
Dadurch wird die Handhabbarkeit beim Ausbauen und Einbauen der Streichieiste wesentlich verbessertAs mentioned above, in the above-described paper machine squeegee, a synthetic resin material is used which contains 10 to 65% by volume of hollow microspheres having a specific gravity of 0.9 or less. This is used as a filler for the production of the base part, so that the resulting hardened product (the base part) has a specific gravity of about 0.92 to \ 2 , whereby the base part is significantly lighter than the known molding strips. This significantly improves the manageability when removing and installing the stroking bar
