Claims (10)
1. Verfahren zum Glätten von Materialien aus biegsamen Folien, die sich in der Form von Bahnen zeigen, insbesondere
zur Realisierung des Öffnens und Repassierens von Nähten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verfahren darin besteht, nach
dem Formen der zwei freien Säume der durch Nähen zusammengesetzten Folien ein Repassieren durch Ultraschall durchzuführen
unter Verwendung einer Ultraschall-Sonotrode, deren Frequenz so gewählt wird, daß eine kontrollierte Erwärmung
der zwei Gewebeschichten herbeigeführt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ultraschall-Schwingungen parallel zu den genähten Materialien
sind.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwingungen rechtwinklig zu den genähten Materialien sind.
4. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch
1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Ultraschall-Sonotrode aufweist, die in Form eines pulsierenden Rädchens
(10) realisiert ist und zu einem rotierenden Amboß (12) gehört, der sich mit derselben linearen Geschwindigkeit wie
das pulsierende Rädchen dreht, wobei die zwei mit der zu repassierenden Naht (C) versehenen Bahnen (A, B) kontinuierlich
zwischen dem Rädchen und dem Amboß vorbeilaufen.
5. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch
1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Ultraschall-Sonotrode aufweist, die in Form einer feststehenden Sonotrode
(14), die in Längsrichtung vibriert, sowie eines massiven
rotierenden Amboßes 16 realisiert ist, wobei die zwei mit der
zu repassierenden Naht (C) versehenen Bahnen kontinuierlich zwischen der Sonotrode und ihrem zugehörigen Amboß vorbeilaufen.
6. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Ultraschall-Sonotrode
aufweist, die in Form einer Sonotrode (18) mit horizontalen Schwingungen realisiert ist, wobei sie sich um
ihre Achse dreht, sowie eines rotierenden Amboßes 20, der sich mit der gleichen linearen Geschwindigkeit wie die
Sonotrode dreht, wobei die zwei mit der zu repassierenden Naht (C) versehenen Bahnen (A, B) kontinuierlich zwischen der
Sonotrode und dem Amboß vorbeilaufen.
7. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch
1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Ultraschall-Sonotrode aufweist, die in Form von zwei pulsierenden Rädchen,
die entlang einer radialen Richtung schwingen, sowie eines rotierenden Amboßes realisiert ist, der sich mit der
gleichen linearen Geschwindigkeit wie die schwingenden Rädchen dreht, wobei die zwei mit der zu repassierenden
Naht (C) versehenen Bahnen (A, B), kontinuierlich zwischen der Doppel- Sonotrode und dem Amboß vorbeilaufen.
8. Vorrichtung, die so ausgelegt ist, daß sie gleichzeitig die Naht und dann das Repassieren von Gewebebahnen auf Kleidungsstücken
realisiert, wobei sie das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 durchführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß

(26), die zu einem Amboß gehört, zwischen welchen die genähten Gewebebahnen nach der Öffnung der Naht passieren, um das
Repassieren und das dauerhafte Glätten der Verstürzungen dieser Naht zu realisieren.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frequenz der verwendeten Ultraschallgeneratoren
in einem Bereich zwischen 20 KHz und 100 KHz liegt.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Amplitude der Ultraschall-Schwingung
und die Geschwindigkeit des Vorbeilaufens der zu repassierenden Gewebebahnen von der Beschaffenheit, der Webart und der
Dicke der Gewebe abhängen.
