Vorliegendes, in drei Figuren und ebenso vielen Modificationen dargestelltes Schlofs gestattet durch Anordnung convergirender Schlitze e, in welchen Gleitstifte d sich bewegen, ein Dickerwerden des betreffenden Buches. Sind diese Schlitze e, wie in Fig. 1, im scharnierartigen Schlofstheil angebracht, so haben sich die Gleitstifte d an den Schenkeln b eines federnden Bügels zu befinden. Man kann aber auch diesen mit den Schlitzen e versehenen Schlofstheil zum Erfassen des Schlufsknopfes einrichten und den federnden Bügel sich in Scharnieren bewegen lassen. Sind hingegen die Schlitze e, wie in Fig. 2 und 3, in den Schenkeln b des federnden Bügels angeordnet, so haben sich die Gleitstifte d am scharnierartigen Schlofstheil zu befinden, und kann wiederum auch hier der in diesem Falle mit den Gleitstiften d versehene Schlofstheil zum Erfassen des Schlufsknopfes eingerichtet werden, unter Anordnung des federnden Bügels in Scharnieren.The present lock, shown in three figures and just as many modifications, allows the book in question to become thicker by arranging converging slots e in which sliding pins d move.
