Abstract
The fluid-mechanical heart valve has a disk-like base body (1) which has an opening for the blood flowing through, which is equipped with a non-return function and which is open in one position for flow and closed in the other position. In order to achieve the flow conditions present in a natural heart valve as well as possible in an artificial heart valve, the opening forms a free jet nozzle (6) and is designed without a valve body. At least two mutually complementary movable flap walls (2, 3) are provided following the opening in the base body (1), which are essentially pivoted to a limited extent about their pivot axis on the base body (1) and, in the open position, allow or prevent the blood from flowing back in the closed position.
Description
The features in claim 3 stipulate that the stationary walls are also inclined can protrude from the main body in the direction of flow, whereby the line along which the touch the movable flap walls in the closed position, is reduced in size.
According to the features in claims 4 and 5, the movable flap walls and / or the stationary walls form either a straight or a curved surface. The curved shape makes the flow special in the open position well directed, guided and accelerated so that they are in that to the heart valve adjoining expanded line cross-section can freely emerge.
Es zeigenEmbodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings and are described below. Show it
F i g. 1 —4 die künstliche Herzklappe in einer ersten Ausführungsform mit geraden beweglichen Klappenwänden,F i g. 1–4 the artificial heart valve in a first Embodiment with straight movable flap walls,
Fig.5—8 eine zweite Ausführungsform der Herzklappe mit konvergenten festen Wänden und5-8 a second embodiment of the heart valve with convergent solid walls and

In the various representations, FIGS. 1,5 and 9 each show the heart valve of FIG rear in the closed state, while the F i g. 2, 6 and 10 show the view from behind with the heart valve open. The F i g. 3, 7 and 11 leave the view recognize the respective heart valve from the front in the closed state, while the F i g. 4,8,12 the view the heart valve is assigned from the front in the open position.
On each base body 1, which is only shown schematically, there are at least two movably arranged flap walls 2 and 3 and at least two additional stationary walls 4 and 5 are provided. Of course, more than two flap walls 2, 3 and more than two additional stationary walls 4 and 5 can be provided. The flap walls 2 and 3 and the fixed walls 4 and 5 are matched to one another in their shape and are in herringbone direction of the blood seen from the plane of the basic body. They have a pyramidal shape that depending on the design of the movable flap walls 2, 3 and the stationary walls 4, 5 can have different shapes in detail, as shown in FIG three examples is explained. The movable flap walls 2, 3 and the fixed walls 4.5 form in the Open position a free jet nozzle 6 so that blood can flow out unhindered. The flow cross-section in the base body 1 is not blocked or hindered by any valve body or other built-in components. The movable flap walls 2, 3 are connected via hinges 7 and 8 suspended to a limited extent. The open positions of Figures 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each show the maximum limited open position, so that recognizable to it is that in the event of a backflow of the blood the return function occurs immediately, d. H. the movable flap walls 2.3 are covered by a relative small way quickly pivoted into its closed position.
