The invention relates to a segment lining for a tunnel in particular in mining areas, of several steel tubbing rings connected to one another in a watertight manner in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel Wave segments and, if necessary, one expansion segment each.
— Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. For the construction of tunnels in floating sand and all mountains there is insufficient stability Regular use of shield tunneling, preferably with a liquid-supported face. For shield tunneling a movable, almost horizontal steel cylinder is used, which is driven forward in the mountains and under whose protection the mountains are dismantled and the tunnel is built. The one marked with a shield The steel cylinder has a shield tail that overlaps the subsequent segment lining Denn under the protection of the shield, which is located between the upcoming mountains and the finished tunnel the tunnel lining is installed. It generally consists of ring-shaped segments that put together to form a segment ring and used on the shield tail. To one in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel tunnel lining that is deformable in the elastic and possibly even plastic range received, as it is particularly required in subsidence areas, find steel corrugated segments as segments Use. Such wave segments or segment rings produced therefrom are characterized by large changes in length in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel. The individual segment rings are welded together and remain watertight even with large changes in length. Such a tunnel lining is consequently able to compensate for stretching and shortening due to the waveform. That is true also with regard to expansions and shortenings transversely to the longitudinal axis of the tunnel, if in each case in the segment rings an expansion segment is used. - Such an undulating segmental construction cannot, however be installed directly in the course of the shield tunneling at the shield tail, because the always required Sealing between the segment lining and shield tail due to the wave-shaped segment back is not guaranteed. Consequently, there is a risk that water and possibly soil in the Penetrates the work area. Therefore, undulating segmental lining can only be converted into an initially temporarily secured tunnel tubes are installed. This is extremely time-consuming and complicated because the provisional securing of the tunnel requires an auxiliary expansion, especially in the case of pending Water is problematic. - This is where the invention aims to remedy the situation.
The invention is based on the object of providing a segment lining of the type described at the outset create, which using corrugated segments nevertheless directly in the course of the shield tunneling under the shield's contactor can be installed on the tail of the shield.
This object is achieved by the invention in a generic tunnel lining in that the Wave-shaped segment rings for use in shield driving on your segment back one on the Cylinder jacket made of rot-proof material on top of wave crests to make it watertight Have overlapping through the shield tail and between the cylinder jacket and the Tubbing rings are filled with hollow rings formed by the wave troughs with a load-bearing filling.
Die Erfindung geht von der Erkenntnis aus, daß Wellentübbings und folglich wellenförmiger Tübbing-The invention is based on the knowledge that wave segments and consequently wave-shaped segments
Der Zylindermantel übernimmt insoweit keine bleibende tragende Funktion, sondern lediglich vorübergehende Abdichtungsfunktion und behindert insbesondere nicht die Verformbarkeit des wellenförmigen Tübbingausbaus im elastischen und gegebenenfalls plastischen Bereich in Tunnellängsrichtung und quer dazu.expansion then immediately in the course of the shield drive Can be used if the tail of the shield is unchanged from a steel cylinder for sealing purposes Overlapping, which is now formed by the cylinder jacket, which the wave-shaped 'fübbingringe This cylinder jacket can be made of plastic, but is preferably a sheet metal jacket of relatively thin wall thickness use. In this context it is important that the The cylinder jacket is only used to seal the tail of the shield and, after installation, the wave-shaped segment rings can rot easily, so it consists of decayable material, so that finally the wave-shaped segmental expansion is unchanged in the position that when working Mountains occurring expansions and shortenings both in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel and across it to record properly. In this respect, the cylinder jacket does not have a permanent load-bearing function, but only a temporary sealing function and in particular does not hinder the deformability of the undulating segmental lining in the elastic and possibly plastic area in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel and across it.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention with independent meaning it is provided that on the Wave crests of the wave segments forming the segment rings each have a cover sheet as a cylinder jacket segment is welded on and the hollow ring section thus formed through at both segment ends radial bulkheads after the filling is complete. After installing the corrugated segments The cover sheets of the corrugated segments form the cylinder jacket or one in each case with a segment ring Cylinder jacket section. The corrugated segments with the filling form a finished built-in element. For reinforcement of these built-in elements, the cover plates are preferably C-shaped with the interposition of these Stabilization profiles welded onto the corrugated segments and form the segment back.
Further features defining the invention are listed below. The invention provides that the C-shaped stabilization profiles with their open side adjacent to the corresponding stabilization profiles Wave segments are assigned and the adjacent stabilization profiles chambers for Form insertion of sealing profiles or elements. The butt joints between the segment rings and the corrugated segments are expediently covered on the inside by welded-on butt plates. So far a perfect seal is achieved. The invention also recommends that the inside on the Tubbing rings distributed over their circumference in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel to support struts Jacking presses are welded on, as they are used to advance the cutting head. In this way the press forces are distributed over a plurality of segment rings. - The filling for that According to the invention, corrugated segments or segment rings are made of flexible pressure-loadable material and is preferably designed as an artificial floor made of a mixture of sand, lime and bentonite. In principle, however, you can also work with a water cushion or foamed plastic. Finally, the invention provides that the expansion segments in the area of their central segments in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel running transverse axis have a taper and interruption of the wave valley and into the Interruption a U-shaped loop sheet running in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel is inserted watertight The expansion segments are preferably used in the ridge area of the segment rings and are flush with one another, so that the loop plates of adjacent segment rings can be connected to one another in a watertight manner and, as it were, form a loop-shaped expansion groove. The loop plates allow a smooth Surface of the expansion segments or a smooth segment back against the rock and stand out through membrane action. Unlike the cover sheets, which can rot, the loop sheets remain obtain. Since they are arranged on the inside of the expansion segments, they are practically only on tension and there is no risk of denting or damage.
The advantages achieved by the invention are to be seen essentially in that a tubbing from Wellentübbings and a wave-shaped tubbing for a tunnel tube in particular mining subsidence areas is provided, which can be installed as part of the shield jacking directly on the shield tail, that of an otherwise expensive to use Auxiliary expansion is unnecessary. This results in considerable cost and time savings during installation when working with shield tunneling.
