Abstract

The enclosure is intended for trees and comprises a baseplate frame (1) secured to an anchoring device (2) in the ground. The base plate can have a supporting surface for flagstones or concrete slabs (4) and can form the upper edge of a container (5), accommodating a rooting mixture and the root ball. A slab supporting surface can be provided both inside and outside the container. The base plate can also support a grille (7) protecting the tree, and can be integral with the grille.
