Description
- Anwendung eines Klebeverfahrens für die Herstellung eines
- aus Einzelteilen zusammensetzbaren Bauteils Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundbauteils (oder -bauelements) durch Verkleben von Einzelteilen, wobei in der jeweiligen Klebefuge dem Klebstoff als einer Einbettung oder Matrix eines elektrisch leitenden Faserstoffes infolge diesen durchfließenden Stromes Widerstandswärme zugeführt wird.
- Ein solches Verfahren wird in der älteren Patentanmeldung P 29 48 405.7-43 unter Verwendung eines unter Wärme aufschäumenden bzw. sich ausdehnenden, wärmehärtbaren Klebstoffs für die Herstellung von Körpern aus Einzelteilen mit ausgedehnten Verbindungsflächen vorgeschlagen, um ein internes kontrolliertes Beheizen des Klebstoffs in der Verbindungsfuge und somit eine individuelle Temperaturführung zu ermöglichen.
- Im Vergleich zu einer Außenbeheizung (des Körpers) ist dies nämlich nicht nur energetisch günstiger bzw. wirtschaftlicher, sondern gibt auch Sicherheit gegen Wärmeschäden. In Betracht gezogen werden für dieses Verfahren nicht nur Einzelteile aus porösem oder zellförmig aufgebautem Material, sondern auch solche Einzelteile, bei deren Zusammenfügen Unebenheiten oder Rauhigkeiten ihrer Verbindungsflächen zu Dickenunterschieden der Klebstoffschicht führen. In allen Fällen ist eine feste gegenseitige Verankerung der Einzelteile mittels des durch kontrolliertes Erwärmen definiert aufschäumbaren bzw.
- ausdehnbaren Klebstoffs sichergestellt.
- Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ohne die (in der älteren Anmeldung angenommene) Beschränkung auf einen derartigen wärmehärtbaren Klebstoff das vorbeschriebene auf einer Widerstandswärmezufuhr basierende Verfahren sinnvoll anzuwenden.
- Diese Aufgabe vst in der Erkenntnis, daß gehärteter Klebstoff durch kontrollierte Wärmezufuhr ohne Beschädigung der Klebeflächen zerstört (zersetzt) werden kann, gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1 gelöst. Hiernach wird also die Anwendung des in der älteren Anmeldung beanspruchten Prinzips, in einer Verbindungs- bzw. Klebefuge einem Klebstoff über einen darin eingebetteten oder eingelassenen elektrisch leitenden Faserstoff Widerstandswärme zuzuführen, auf die Zerstörung (Zersetzung) von Klebeverbindungen ausgedehnt, wobei eine vorhergehende Widerstandswärmezufuhr für das Herstellen der Klebeverbindung (das Aushärten des Klebstoffs) keineswegs bindend ist. So kommen für die beanspruchte Anwendung auf lösbare Klebeverbindungen sogar kalthärtende Klebstoffe in Betracht. Auf einem bevorzugten Anwendungsgebiet, nämlich bei Kunststoff-Verbundbauteilen (oder -elementen) werden gemäß Patentanspruch 2 durch einen entsprechend niedrigeren Schmelz- (Zersetzungs-)punkt des Klebstoffs Schäden am Kunststoff ausgeschlossen. Stattdessen ist aber durchaus auch, wie sich gezeigt hat, die im Patentanspruch 3 gekennzeichnete Elektro-bzw. Wärmeschockbehandlung eine geeignete Maßnahme, um eine bezüglich des Bauteils zerstörungsfreie Zerlegung in dessen ursprüngliche Einzelteile zu erreichen.
- Weitere bemerkenswerte Einzelheiten werden im nachfolgenden Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung verdeutlicht, wozu die Zeichnung perspektivisch einen kurzen Abschnitt einer Welle 1 mit aufgesetztem Flansch 2 zeigt, der zur besseren Veranschaulichung der Erfindung aufgeschnitten dargestellt ist.
- Die Welle 1 ist beispielweise als Antriebswelle für einen Heckrotor eines Drehflügelflugzeugs mehrere Ivieter lang und folglich mehrfach zu lagern. Dies soll mit einfachen unteilbaren Lagern geschehen können, so daß für die Montage und Demontage die Welle 1 wenigstens an einem Ende vom betreffenden (An-oder Abtriebs-)Flansch 2 lösbar bleiben muß. Üblicherweise wird deshalb zwischen der Welle und dem Flansch Kraftschluß durch lösbare Bolzen hergestellt. Eine solche Bolzenverbindung ist aber ninsichtlich der Lochlaibungsbeanspruchung insbesondere dann kritisch, wenn die Welle und der Flansch u.a. aus Gründen des Leichtbaus aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff bestehen, z. B. Glas- oder Kohlenstoffasern in einer Kunstharzmatrix. Man wird darin ohne verstärkende rnetallische Auskleidungen der (Bolzen-)Verbindungsbohrun,,ell in Welle und Flansch nicht auskommen.
- Diese Problerne lassen sich erfindungsgemäß umgehen, indem erst nach der Montage der Welle 1 Stoffschluß durch eine lösbare Klebeverbindung 3 zwischen der Welle 1 und dem Flansch 2 hergestellt wird: Aufgrund eines elektrisch leitenden Faserstoffs, z.B. einer Kohlefasergewebelage 3.1 eingebettet zwischen zwei Klebstofflagen 3.2 ist es möglich, diesen bis zur Zerstörung (Zersetzung) Widerstandswärme zuzuführen und somit, für die Demontage der Welle 1, die Klebeverbindung 3 wieder zu lösen. Ilierzu braucht die Kohlefasergewebelage 3.1 bloß an eine Niederspannungsstromquelle (z.B. Schweißtransformator) angeschlossen zu werden, was über an der Flanschaunenseite anliegende Anschlußlappen 3.1.1 geschehen kann; ein Kurzschluß läßt sich durch den angedeuteten Längsschlitz 3.1.2 in der Kohlefasergewebelage 3.1 ausschließen.
- Weitere Einzelheiten einer Widerstandswärmeerzeugung mittels eines elektrisch leitenden Faserstoffes können der eingangs genannten älteren Anrneldung sowie der älteren Anmeldung P 29 28 293.7 entnommen werden. Es bleibt für den Beispielsfall bloß noch anzumerken, daß bei Verwendung z.B. von Folienkleber EM 123-5 der Firma American Cyanamid Company Bloomingtail Dep., Maryland, USA eine Erwärmung der Klebstofflagen 3.2 auf mindestens 200° C erreicht werden muß, um die Klebeverbindung 3 zu lösen und somit den Flansch 2 von der Welle 1 trennen zu können. Erforderlichenfalls wird man natürlich für das Härten eines Klebstoffs, also für das Herstellen der Klebeverbindung 3 (nach der Montage der Welle 1) ebenso mittels der Kohlefasergewebelage 3.1 Widerstandswärme erzeugen können. Wie im übrigen schon erwähnt, ist man bei der Erfindung in der Auswahl eines Klebstoffs keinen Beschränkungen unterworfen, soweit es um das Lösen einer Klebeverbindung geht.
Claims (4)
- Anwendung eines Klebeverfahrens für die Herstellung eines aus Einzelteilen zusammensetzbaren Bauteils Patentansprüche 1. Anwendung eines Klebeverfahrens, bei dem in der Klebefuge eLnem härtbaren Klebstoff (3.2)als einer Einbettung oder PWIatrix eines elektrisch leitenden Faserstoffes (3.1) infolge diesen durchfliet3enden Stromes Widerstandswärme zuführbar ist, auf durch kontrollierte Wärmezufuhr lösbare Klebeverbindungen (3) zwischen zu einem wenigstens bedingt wiederzerlegbaren Bauteil zusammengesetzten Einzelteilen (1, 2).
- 2. Anwendung nach Anspruch 1 auf ein Bauteil aus einem Kunststoff mit höherem Schmelz- oder Zersetzungspunkt als derjenige des Klebstoffs.
- 3. Anwendung nach Anspruch 1, g e k e n n z e i c h -n e t durch Wärmeschocks infolge stoßartigen Stromflusses durch den Faserstoff.
- 4. Anwendung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche auf das Verbinden einer Welle (1) mit aufsetzbaren (An- und Abtriebs-)Flanschen (2).
