5282 Braunau am Inn, Upper Austria Title: Connection and fortification of Daoh elements in particular of solar panels Description So far have been Solar collectors were usually arranged over the normal roof cladding and had to be be attached to this, with problems with the water resistance of this Fastening points or the necessary pipe penetrations result in 0 Therefore and The aim is to reduce the price by eliminating the Daoh skin under the collectors, to integrate the collectors into the Daoh skin and, so to speak, as watertight oneself To use Daohhaut0 This largely eliminates connection and fastening problems continue, the thermal insulation of the collector also benefits the insulation of the roof, but there are problems with the sealing or fastening of the collector plates with each other, as they can assume high temperatures as heat exchangers and therefore considerable thermal expansions have to be taken into account.
This is achieved according to the invention in that between the roof elements Are arranged parallel to the roof plane lying bolts, which in the one roof element are fixedly mounted, a handle protruding between the roof elements with the roof truss connected profile odOdglO enforce and in the other Daoh element Versohieblich are stored0 The object of the invention is in the drawing, for example In it, Fig0 1 shows the connection between two collector plates, Fig. 2 a Daohfeld with six collector plates, Fig. 3 the side connection to the rest Daoh and FIG. 4 shows the edge connection in detail according to FIG. 4 "of FIG. As can be seen from this, the collector plates 12, 13 are with their frames stored on T-profiles 2, which in turn by means of screw jacks 3 on the purlins 11 of the roof structure are attached. The connection with the T-profiles 2 takes place via Bolts 1, which pass through a loop 14 of the T-profile 2 in a hole and in one collector 12 with its screw thread end in a threaded hollow rivet 10 are screwed in, so have a fixed bearing there. The other end of the bolt 1 is circular cylindrical and in a bore or
Hollow rivets of the other roof element 13 guided longitudinally, so that thermal expansion can be absorbed there. The middle part of the bolt 1 has flattening or a square cross-section, so that one with a Wrench to turn it and use it to screw it in and out. So is that too the dismantling of any collector by turning the bolt i is given. The watertight closure of this expansion joint is formed by a backing tape 6 and a permanently plastic sealing compound 7 made of silicone rubber or the like arranged above, welohe inserted between the cover frame 5 of the two adjacent collector plates are. These cover frames also hold the transparent ones with the interposition of seals 4 Collector cover plates 8. The lateral sealing is done in a Z-shape Sheet metal aprons 15, which cover the bolts 1 or the sole handles 14 and up to below the cover frame 5 or the adjoining Daoh skin 16 reach. You are too elastisoh and can therefore absorb thermal expansion. Fig. 4 shows a connecting plate 17 with the recesses for the two cover frames 5 of the collectors. The sealing function between connecting bleoh 17, cover frame 5 and backfill tape 6 takes over a sealing tape 18. Through this connection, any number of collectors can be easily to be assembled. The angle pro- file for the first row of collectors and the T-profiles for the other rows are attached to the roof structure. Danaoh the first row of collectors is attached. The following collectors will only be more one on top of the other.
The height is fixed by the T-profile. Through the metallic Connection, only one lightning protection connection is required per collector field The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments shown the bolts i are designed with any cross-section and a rivet is used as a fixed bearing or welded connection can be provided.
