Gemäß der Erfindung besitzt der zur Aufnahme des Kammes mit einer Vertiefung versehene Rücken der Bürste d eine Zahnleiste oder Zahnreihe d', deren Zähne nach ihrem freien Ende hin schräg verlaufen und etwas unterschnitten sind. In diese Zähne greifen beim Einschieben des Kammes a-b die entsprechend ausgebildeten Kammzähne so ein, daß sie zum Teil unter die Schrägfiächen der Zähne zu liegen kommen. Infolgedessen kann der Kamm nicht ohne weiteres herausfallen, gleichzeitig sind aber seine Zähne auch gegen Bruch geschützt.
