Claims (4)

1. System zum Zugriff auf Dateien, insbesondere via Internet, bestehend aus einem Server (S), auf welchem die Dateien abgelegt sind und wenigstens einer Chipkarte (CK), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Server (S) personenbezogene gesundheitsrelevante Dateien (PD) und auf der Chipkarte (CK) personenbezogene Daten (DA), die einen Zugangscode darstellen, gespeichert sind und dass die personenbezogenen gesundheitsrelevanten Dateien (PD) weltweit via Internet von dem Server (S) unter Verwendung des auf der Chipkarte (CK) gespeicherten Zugangscodes in verschlüsselter Form abrufbar sind.
2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Abrufen der personenbezogenen gesundheitsrelevanten Dateien (PD)
  • - ein an einem beliebigen Ort befindlicher Computer (PC) über Internet mit dem Server (S)verbunden ist,
  • - die Chipkarte (CK) in ein Kartenlesegerät (L) eingelegt ist, welches die personenbezogene Daten (DA) der Chipkarte an den PC (PC) überträgt
und
  • - dass die in verschlüsselter Form erfolgende Übertragung der personenbezogenen gesundheitsrelevanten Dateien (PD) vom Server (S) an den Computer (PC) erst nach Bestätigung des Zugangscodes durch den Server (S) erfolgt.
3. System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Übertragung der personenbezogenen gesundheitsrelevanten Dateien (PD) an den Server (S)
  • - ein bei einem Arzt (A1) befindlicher Computer (PC) über Internet mit dem Server (S)verbunden ist,
  • - die Chipkarte (CK) in ein Kartenlesegerät (L) eingelegt ist, welches die personenbezogene Daten (DA) der Chipkarte (CK) an den Computer (PC) überträgt und
  • - dass die Übertragung der personenbezogenen gesundheitsrelevanten Dateien (PD) vom Computer (PC) des Arztes (A1) an den Server (S) erst nach Bestätigung des Zugangscodes durch den Server (S) erfolgt.
4. System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die personenbezogenen gesundheitsrelevanten Dateien (PD) in eine Maske M eintragbar sind.
