Claims (19)
daß in einem rohrartigen Gehäuse (31) ausgehend von dem Einlaß (30) für das Abgas in einer Längsachse (L) aufeinander folgend eine erste Kammer, eine zweite Kammer, eine dritte Kammer (42) sowie eine vierte Kammer (43) vorgesehen sind, daß die erste Kammer als Expansionskammer mit Absorbtionsdämpfung, die vierte Kammer (43) sowie die zweite Kammer (41) als Kammer mit Reflextionsdämpfung derart ausgebildet sind,
daß in der zweiten und vierten Kammer der jeweilige Einlaß und der jeweilige Auslaß einer gemeinsamen Reflektions- oder Prallfläche gegenüberliegend vorgesehen sind,
daß die erste Kammer mit der von dieser am weitesten entfernten vierten Kammer unmittelbar verbunden ist,
daß die zweite Kammer unmittelbar mit dem Auslaß (19) verbunden ist, und
daß in der Verbindung zwischen der vierten Kammer (43) und der zweiten Kammer (41) ein die dritte Kammer (42) einschließendes Interferenzdämpfungselement vorgesehen ist,
wobei die Abgas-Führung im Dämpferelement (1b) derart ist, daß das Abgas aus der ersten Kammer (32) in einer ersten Richtung parallel zur Längsachse (L) des Dämpfereinsatzes (1) unmittelbar in die vierte Kammer (43), von dort nach Refletion in einer zweiten, der ersten entgegengesetzten Richtung über den Interferenzdämpfer in die zweite Kammer (41) und von dort nach Refletion der ersten Richtung an den Auslaß (19) des Dämpereinsatzes (1b) gelangt. 5. damper insert with an inlet ( 30 ) and with an outlet ( 19 ) for use in exhaust systems or mufflers of vehicles, in particular motorcycles, characterized in that

wherein the exhaust gas guide in the damper element ( 1 b) is such that the exhaust gas from the first chamber ( 32 ) in a first direction parallel to the longitudinal axis (L) of the damper insert ( 1 ) directly into the fourth chamber ( 43 ), from there after reflection in a second direction opposite the first via the interference damper into the second chamber ( 41 ) and from there after reflection in the first direction to the outlet ( 19 ) of the damper insert ( 1 b).
