Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung fertiggeformter Blechpreßteile (4) und eines robotergeführten Herstellungswerkzeuges (1, 17) und zur Herstellung von Schraubverbindungsstellen (5) an fer­ tig geformten Blechpreßteilen (4) einer Fahrzeugkarosserie, mit einem Ziehwerkzeug (1) beste­ hend aus einer Matrize (6) und einem Ziehstempel (8), welcher zum Formen eines abgeflach­ ten Buckels (2) für einen Ausgleich von Bauteiltoleranzen zwischen dem Blechpreßteil (4) und einem mit ihm zu verbindenden Karosserieteil in Fügerichtung betätigbar ist, wobei die Matrize (6) eine deren Matrizenmulde (7) seitlich begrenzende als Niederhalter dienende Auflage (9) für das Blechpreßteil (4) und einen Matrizenboden (11) umfaßt, die relativ zueinander ver­ schiebbar und in beliebiger Relativlage zueinander fixierbar sind, mit einem Stanzstempel (17) zum Anbringen einer Schraubverbindungsstelle (5) und mit einer Anordnung zur Ausrichtung von Blechpreßteil (4) und Herstellungswerkzeug (1, 17) bezüglich des Ortes der herzu­ stellenden Schraubverbindungsstelle (5) aufeinander, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • 1. daß die Herstellungswerkzeuge (1, 17) am Arm eines Industrieroboters angeordnet sind, in den deren Steuerung und Verfahrantrieb integriert sind,
  • 2. daß die Anordnung eine Vorrichtung zur Bestimmung der exakten Ist-Lage des Blechpreß­ teils (4) innerhalb des Arbeitsraumes des Industrieroboters in Relation zu ihm und eine Vermessungsvorrichtung zur Bestimmung der exakten Ist-Kontur nach Umfangsverlauf und der im Bereich der anzubringenden Schraubverbindungsstelle (5) sich erstreckenden Ober­ fläche des zu bearbeitenden Blechpreßteils (4) sowie eine elektronische Recheneinheit be­ inhaltet, die einerseits die Ist-Lage der ermittelten Umfangskontur mit den abgespeicherten Daten eines Referenzmodelles vergleicht und in maximale Überdeckung mit dem zu bear­ beitenden Blechpreßteil (4) bringt und andererseits die erfaßte Ist-Oberflächenkontur mit der Sollage der Flachstelle (3) des Buckels (2) vergleicht,
  • 3. daß unter Verwendung nur der Blechpreßteile (4), deren Ist-Oberflächenkontur in dem ver­ messenen Bereich sich unterhalb der Sollage befindet, das Herstellungswerkzeug (1, 17) nach Lage, Richtung und Abstand zum Blechpreßteil (4) in die ermittelte individuelle Sollpo­ sition mittels des Fertigungsroboters derart bringbar ist, daß der Matrizenboden (11) des Ziehwerkzeuges (1) die Sollage der Flachstelle (3) des Buckels (2) einnimmt,
  • 4. und daß der Ziehstempel (8) hohlgebohrt und innerhalb dessen Bohrung (16) ein Stanz­ stempel (17) verschiebbar geführt ist.
