Description
Lastverteilungsmodul für DachleiternLoad distribution module for roof ladders
Roof ladders of the usual design are placed with both stiles on the roof slope in the position for use and secured with suitable means to prevent slipping. When climbing on the ladder, the full load is transferred to the roof surface in addition to the ladder's own weight. In the case of roofs with reduced load-bearing capacity, such as glass roofs on greenhouses or conservatories, this can lead to the roof being destroyed.
AufgabeTask
The invention is based on the task of finding a technical solution that makes it possible to reduce or divert the support forces on the roof.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in claims 1 to 5. The solution to the problem consists in creating a load distribution module which, in terms of its geometry and function, is suitable for directing the support forces of the roof ladder or force components away from the roof. An embodiment of the invention is explained with reference to Figure 1. The load distribution module (I) essentially consists of C-profiles (I,Γ), the distance between which and the dimensions of which form a positive connection with a defined play to the outer edges of the roof ladder (II), (C-profile 1), and to the outer edge of a leaning ladder (III), (C-profile 1). The defined distance between the C-profiles (1+Γ) is maintained by at least 2 rungs (2) which are attached in a materially bonded manner. To fix the ladder sections (II + III) in the load distribution module (I), spring-loaded locking elements (3) are attached to the C-profiles (1+Γ), which penetrate into a hole (4) in the center axis of the C-profiles (1+Γ) on the back of the C-profile (1+Γ). When the roof ladder section (II) or the lean-to ladder section (Pgr;Igr;) is pushed into the load distribution module (I) and the hole axis (4) in the C-profile (1+Γ) is aligned with the rung center axis, the spring-loaded locking element (3) can penetrate into the flanged cavity (5) of the ladder rung (6) and fix the ladder sections.

The C-profiles 1 and 1 are connected via a locking joint (7), which forms a defined angle fixation between the ladder parts via a force- and form-locking connection. Examples of applications of the load distribution module are shown in Figures 2 and 3. Figure 2 shows a roof ladder with a load distribution module on a glass roof, with the roof ladder resting on the roof with only one support point. The load or force applied to the roof ladder is divided into the components roof support load and support load on the system ladder via the load distribution module. Figure 3 shows another application of the load distribution module with additional load distribution on the glass roof through a second support point on the roof. The roof ladder (&Pgr;) is fixed parallel to the roof slope by adjusting the locking joint (7). By means of adjustment elements (8), the length of the rung ladder is fixed in such a way that the roof ladder rests either with the entire surface of the stiles or on at least 2 defined support points, so that the support load is divided into further components which are relatively smaller than the total load.
