Claims (3)

1. Gerät aus elastischem Material zur Ausführung von Fitness-Übungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem 100-160 cm langem Hauptelement besteht, an dessen einem Ende eine ca. 8-13 cm große (A), an dessen anderem Ende eine ca. 16 cm große Schlaufe (B) befestigt ist. Die Schlaufen sind aus einem ebenfalls elastischem Material, dessen Dehnbarkeit jedoch niedriger oder höher ist als die des Hauptelementes.
2. Gerät aus elastischem Material zur Ausführung von Fitness-Übungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem ca. 100-160 cm langem Hauptelement besteht, an dessen einem Ende eine Haltevorrichtung gleich welchen Materials für eine Hand, an dessen anderem Ende eine Haltevorrichtung gleich welchem Materials für einen Fuß angebracht wird.
3. Gerät aus elastischem Material zur Ausführung von Fitness-Übungen nach Anspruch, 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge und damit auch der Widerstand des elastischen Materials durch Umwickeln des Hauptelements um die Hand herum regulierbar ist.
